Whereas

the

Executive

Engineer,

KSEB,

Kazhakuttom, has deposited with this Court a sum of

` 6,30,880 (Rupees Six lakhs thirty thousand eight

hundred and eighty only) as compensation to be

distributed to the dependents of the deceased

Sri Gopalakrishnan Nair, who met with a fatal accident

while employed under the Kerala State Electricity

Board and whereas it is reported that

are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d)

of the Employee's Compensation Act. Any others who

claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within

15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala

Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before

me and prove the same. If no such claims are received

within the prescribed time the entire amount of

compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned

above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
