Whereas New India Insurance Company Ltd. has

deposited with this Court a sum of ` 12,29,906 (Rupees

Twelve lakh twenty nine thousand nine hundred and six

only) as compensation for distribution to the dependents

of the deceased Ravichandra, s/o. Radhakrishna,

Kannatikana House, Enmakaje Village, Perla P. O.,

Kasaragod who met with an accident in the course of

work, while he was working as a Conductor cum Cleaner

in a School Bus bearing No. KL-14G 4339 Kattathadka,

Kasaragod on 21-2-2011 and died on 23-2-2011 whereas it

is reported that

Sri Manikanda (Brother)

are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d)

of the Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923 any other

claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days

of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government

Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from

the same. If no such claims are received within the

prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be

disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim

preferred thereafter will not to be considered.
