In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections

3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952)

read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries

Rules, 1956, the Government of Kerala had appointed

Sri jose Joseph, Advocate S/o Sri A. T. Joseph,

Anakkallumkal House, Anthinadu P. O., Pala,

Kottayam-686 651 as Notary for a period of five years

with effect from 21-8-2013 in the area comprising

Meenachil Taluk in the Revenue District of Kottayam

and now the area of practice is extended to the entire

Revenue District of Kottayam with effect from 2-9-2015

upto 20-8-2018 with Reg. No. 12/2013/KTM.

area of practice is extended to the entire Revenue Districts

of Kottayam and Idukki with effect from 8-9-2015 upto

12-5-2018 with Reg. No. 1/2013/KTM.

27-5-2018 with Reg. No. 4/2013/KTM.

Sri T. P. Sajid, Advocate, S/o Sri P. N. Hashim,

Soudas, Kuttoth Lane, (Post) Pachalam, SRM Road,

Ernakulam-682 012 as Notary for a period of five years

with effect from 8-9-2015 in the area comprising

Kanayannur Taluk in the Revenue District of Ernakulam

with Reg. No. 1/2015/EKM.
