The equipment should be delivered within thirty

days after receiving the order at the place specified by the

Chief Hydrographer, Hydrographic Survey wing,

Thiruvananthapuram.

The contractor should enclose documents with full

details pertaining to the supply of the same to any

Government/Semi-Government organizations/Public Sector

Undertakings along with the tender form.

The special conditions pertaining to the tender are

available with the tender documents. The technical and

the financial bids are to be submitted separately and the

processing of the tenders will be based on this. The firm

period will be six months from the date of opening of the

tender.

Tenders should be superscripted “Tender for

the Supply of two Digital Levels” with the No. and

date and must be addressed to the Chief Hydrographer,

Hydrographic Survey Wing, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001,

so as to reach on or before 17-10-2015 upto 1.00 p.m.

Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be

opened at 3 p.m. on 17-10-2015 in the presence of such

tenderers or their representatives who are present at

that time.

The tenderer should submit Earnest Money Deposit

as per rule along with the tender in the form of a crossed

DD in favour of the Chief Hydrographer, Hydrographic

Survey Wing, payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender

form on application to the undersigned. Application for

the tender form should be accompanied by a cash

remittance (Not refundable) of the cost of the tender form

(DD/Cheques not acceptable). Sale of tender form will be

closed at 12 noon on 17-10-2015. The tender forms are

not transferable. Those who want to get the tender form

by post should also enclose a self-addressed envelope

bearing postage stamp of ` 75 well in advance.

The tenderers should enclose a preliminary agreement

in Kerala Stamp paper worth ` 500 and the required

IPT & GPTC, Shoranur in a sealed cover with the

and Equipments for Electronics Engineering Department”.

Tender forms in the prescribed form can be obtained

from the office of the Principal, IPT & GPTC Shoranur

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Air

Conditioner (4 Nos.) for Seminar Hall of Electronics and

Communication Engineering Department of Government

College of Engineering, Kannur.

Approximate Cost is ` 2,80,000.

The tenders should be superscribed No. D2/3098/2015

and addressed to the Principal, Government College of

Engineering, P. O. Parassinikkadavu, Kannur-670 563. Last

date of receipt of tender is on 30-10-2015 at 4 p. m. and

the tender will be opened at 11 a. m. on 31-10-2015 in the

presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized

representatives who may be present at that time. Late

tenders will not be accepted.

Indending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Govt. College of Engineering, P. O.

Parassinikkadavu, Kannur-670 563 obtain the requisite

tender forms on which tenders should be submitted.

Application for the tender forms should be accompanied

by a cash remittance of ` 630 (including tax) which is the

price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not

refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are

not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at

3 p. m. on 30-10-2015. Cheques, Postage Stamps, DD, I.P.O.

etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor

will the forms be sent as per V.P.P. Duplicate forms, if

required will be issued at ` 315 per copy.

Those who want tender form by post should sent an

additional amount of ` 30 towards the postal charge.

Sale of tender form will begin only after publishing

the notification in dailies.
