In the Court of District Magistrate, Thiruvananthapuram

Case No. CC74/S13/15/Camp

Whereas, complaint has been made before me by

the District Police Chief, Thiruvananthapuram Rural

that Sri Ratheesh @ Panchayth Unni aged 32, s/o

Raghavan, Laksham Veedu, Near Grama Panchayat

Office, Katinamkulam, Chittattumukku, Katinamkulam

Village, Thiruvananthapuram District has committed or

suspected to have committed following offences and

recommended to issue detention order under 3(1) of the

Kerala Anti-Social Activities Act, 2007;

3. Crime No. 596/12 of Kazhakuttom Police Station

4. Crime No. 153/13 of Katinamkulam Police Station

6. Crime No. 428/13 of Katinamkulam Police Station

7. Crime No. 450/13 of Kazhakuttom Police Station

8. Crime No. 1276/13 of Kazhakuttom Police Station

9. Crime No. 53/14 of Katinamkulam Police Station

10. Crime No. 220/14 of Katinamkulam Police Station

AND WHEREAS, an order of Detention No. CC74/S13/

Camp/15 dated 29-7-2015 of this court was, there upon issued;

AND WHEREAS, the District Police Chief,

Thiruvananthapuram (Rural) has reported that

Sri Ratheesh @ Panchayth Unni, cannot be found, and

whereas it has been shown to my satisfaction that the

said Sri Ratheesh @ Panchayth Unni has absconded or

is concealing himself to avoid the service of the said

Order of detention;

Proclamation is hereby made that the said

Sri Ratheesh @ Panchayth Unni of Thiruvananthapuram

District to appear before the Office of the District Police

Chief, Thiruvananthapuram Rural, within 30 days of the

publication of this proclamation in the Kerala Gazette.

Vanchiyoor Village, Thiruvananthapuram District has

committed or suspected to have committed following

offences and recommended to issue detention order under

3(1) of the Kerala Anti-Social Activities Act, 2007;

8. Crime No. 674/14 of Pettah Police Station

9. Crime No. 1169/14 of Pettah Police Station

10. Crime No. 573/15 of Pettah Police Station

AND WHEREAS, an order of Detention No. CC96/S13/

Camp/15 dated 22-8-2015 has been, there upon issued;

AND WHEREAS, the Deputy Commissioner of Police

(L&O), Thiruvananthapuram City has reported that

Sri Arun @ Paratta Arun, cannot be found, and whereas it

has been shown to my satisfaction that the said Sri Arun

@ Parratta Arun has absconded or is concealing himself

to avoid the service of the said Order of detention;

Proclamation under Sec.6 (1) (b) of KAA(P)A’2007 is

hereby made that the said Sri Arun @ Paratta Arun of

Thiruvananthapuram District to appear before the Office

of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (L&O),

Thiruvananthapuram City, within 30 days of the

publication of this Order in the Kerala Gazette.
