Pin-695 011, Kerala obtain requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender

form should be accompanied by a cash remittance shown above, which is the price fixed for a form and which is not

refundable, at any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferrable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m.

on 21-10-2015. Cheques, postage stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent

by VPP. Duplicate tender forms, if required, will be issued by a cash remittance shown above, per copy, tender forms

The date up to which the rates to be in firm—One year from the date of submission of tender.

The rate should be inclusive of S.T. and other taxes, duties, levies, insurance, freight charges packing and

forwarding charges etc. and free delivery at concerned Department/Section/Office.

Tenders to be submitted in details with illustrated pamphlet (Wherever necessary) neatly typed, written

manuscripts should be avoided as far as possible.
