dated 14-7-2015, the Survey Number 1360/06 may be read as 1360/66.

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but it is intended to indicate the general purpose.)

As per the denotification issued under EFL 10-358/14 dated 23-6-2015 and published in Gazette No. 28 dated

14-7-2015, the Custodian (EFL) denotified 2.5414 Ha. of land comprised in Survey Number 1131 to 1360 of Peerumade

Village, Peerumade Taluk, Kottayam Division. Subsequently it was noticed that an area of 0.2023 Ha. in Survey Number

1360/66 was wrongly mentioned as Survey Number 1360/06 in the Gazette. Hence it is decided to rectify the mistake

through an erratum. Above notification is intended to achieve the above object.

It is hereby notified for the information of public that the errors crept in the Notification No. EFL 10-40/2013

dated 26-8-2015 and published in Kerala Gazette No. 37 Volume 4 dated 22-9-2015 are corrected as shown in the

schedule below.

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate the general purpose.)

Originally an approximate extent of 6.07 Ha. was notified as EFL under Section 3(1) of the Kerala Forest

(Vesting and Management of Ecologically Fragile Lands) Act, 2003 vide Sl. No. 25 and 26 in schedule of notification

No. EFL 1-134/06 dated 2-5-2006 and published in Kerala Gazette No. 26 dated 27-6-2006 and subsequently an

erratum notification correcting the Extent, Survey No. and Boundaries was published as per notification

No. EFL10-40/2013 dated 26-8-2015 and published in Kerala Gazette No. 37 dated 22-9-2015. On detailed verification

with the available Vested Forests records in the field, it was found that the entire extent of about 12.949 Ha. lying in a

single block in RS. No. 175/pt (New Survey No. 255) of Kavilumpara Village of Vadakara Taluk of Kozhikode District,

enclosed by Vested Forests is an ecologically fragile land. So the entire EFL area as above has to be notified as EFL

with the corrected boundaries, area and survey number. The Serial No., extent and boundary description notified earlier

need to be corrected. The Erratum Notification is published to achieve the above object.

Bidders shall remit the tender document fee and

the Earnest Money Deposit using online payment

option of e-procurement system only and submitted

through the internet online banking of State Bank

of Travancore or through NEFT for other Banks.

Bidders opting for NEFT facility of online payment

are advised to exercise this option atleast 48 hours

before the closing date of bid to ensure that

payment towards tender document fees and EMD

are credited and a confirmation is reflected in the

e-procurement system. The online NEFT remittance

form provided by e-procurement system for making

a NEFT transaction is not a payment confirmation.

The Forest Department will not be responsible for

Sulthan Bathery. The tender forms can be purchased from

the office of the undersigned during office hours upto

1 p.m. on all working days till the tender date. Cost of

tender form is non refundable. The intending tenderer

should apply with proof of Identity such as Electoral

Identity Card, Driving Licence, Indian Passport etc. along

with the Registration Certificate in original to get the

tender form. The tender form should be properly filled

up and should be submitted on or before 2 p.m. on

30-10-2015. It should be accompanied by all necessary

documents along with Earnest Money Deposit by way of

Bankers DD or Fixed Deposit or National Saving

Certificate pledged in favour of Deputy Conservator of

Forests and Wildlife Warden, Wayanad Wildlife Division,

Sulthan Bathery payable at Sulthan Bathery. The intending

tenderers should also furnish a preliminary agreement in

stamp paper worth ` 200 along with tender of each work.

Incomplete tender or tenders without necessary

documents or tenders not in accordance with tender

conditions will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened

by the Deputy Conservator of Forests and Wildlife

Warden or an Officer authorised by him at

3.30 p. m. on 30-10-2015 in the presence of those

tenderers who are present at that time. The Deputy

Conservator of Forests and Wildlife Warden reserves the

right to reject any tender either partly or wholly without

assigning any reason thereof. If the tender could not be

conducted on the notified date due to any reason, it will

be conducted at the same place and time on the next

working day as per the same conditions.

If the tender for all work or any of the work could

not be conducted on the said date/dates, the tender for

such work/works will be conducted at the same place and

time with same conditions on 6-11-2015. If the tender

could not be conducted on that day also it will be

conducted on 13-11-2015. If it could not be conducted

on that day also, it will be conducted on 20-11-2015.

All existing Rules, Regulations, Directions, Conditions,

prevailing in Kerala PWD and Kerala Forest Department

and Store Purchase Department in respect of civil works

shall be applicable in these works and tender also.
