OF PURCHASE OF IMMOVABLE

PROPERTY

Whereas Sathya Babu, Satheesh Bhavan,

Oorupoika, Attingal, Edacode Village, Chirayinkeezhu Taluk,

Thiruvananthapuram District has purchased for ` 16,500

(Sixteen thousand and five hundred only) the Immovable

Property specified below at the sale held in public auction

on 23-2-2010 for recovery of arrears of mobilization

advance amounting to ` 1,14,299

due

from

R. Vijayan Nair, Kizhakke Vilakathu Veedu, Oorupoika,

Attingal, Edacode Village, Chirayinkeezhu Taluk,

Thiruvananthapuram District and whereas the

Sub Collector, Thiruvananthapuram has confirmed the

Sale in Order No. A-13201/10 dated 2-9-2015 under section

54 of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, 1968, it is

hereby declared under Sub Section (1) of section 57 of the

said Act that the said Sathya Babu, Satheesh Bahavan,

Oorupoika is the lawful successor to all the rights of the

former land holder in the said Imovable Property.
