Tenders should be superscribed “Supply and

installation of Semi Automated Biochemistry Analyser to

Government Ayurveda College, Panchakarma Hospital for

Poojappura,

If the date fixed for tender happens to be declared

as holiday, all proceedings will be done on the next

working day with the same time schedule specified

above.

If the tender could not be conducted on 8-12-2015

due to any reasons, the tender will be received and

opened on 11-12-2015 at the same venue with the time

schedule specified above. There will not be any changes

in the tender conditions.

Conditions

1.

The supply of seeds should be completed before

20-12-2015, supply of Polythene covers and river

sand should be completed before 10-1-2016 as per

requirements.

2.

The receipt should be obtained from Range Officer,

Social Forestry Unit, Pathanamthitta/Ranny after

the completion of the supply of Polythene covers/

good quality seeds/river sand as per the agreement.

3.

If the supply is not completed within the dates

specified in item No. 1 above, the tender will be

cancelled and action taken to purchase the items at

the risk and loss of the original bidder.

4.

The demand draft towards EMD should be pledged

in the name of the Assistant Conservator of

Forests, Social Forestry Division, Pathanamthitta

payable at State Bank of Travancore, Konni Branch

should be accompanied along with the filled up

tender forms.

SSI units are exempted from remitting EMD. Such

units should produce necessary eligibility

Certificates obtained from the Manager, District

Industries Centre concerned.

6.

The quantities mentioned in the Schedules I, II & III

are only approximate and may vary.

7.

Rate to be quoted for supplying polythene bages/

good quality seeds should be the price of the item

per Kg. inclusive of all taxes in force and its

transporting charge. Regarding the supply of river

sand the rate to be quoted should be the cost per 1

M³ including taxes if any, in force and its

transporting charges. The seeds which are to be

supplied from Kerala Forest seed centre will be

exempted. Payment of seeds will be made based

on germination percentage.

should be produced along with the tender application

as samples.

9.

The successful tenderer should remit 2.5% amount

of the PAC in addition to the EMD as

security deposit for the contract, and enter into an

agreement with the Forest Department within 7 days

from the date of intimation regarding the

acceptance of the tender.

10.

After completing the supply of items satisfactorily,

the security deposit will be released to the tenderer

on production of necessary tax clearance certificate.

11.

The tenderer is liable to follow Kerala Store

Purchase Rules.

12.

All conditions stipulated as per Kerala Forest Code

and Kerala Store Purchase Manual is applicable for

this tender.

13.

The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the

tender without assigning any reason.

above. If tender cannot be conducted the above date,

tender will be conducted on 16-11-2015 and

20-11-2015 at the above place and time with same

conditions.

Conditions

1.

The supply of articles should be completed as

directed in supply order.

2.

The receipt should be obtained from Range Officer,

Social Forestry Range, Kasaragod/Hosdurg after

the completion of the supply of articles specified in

supply order.

3.

If the supply is not completed within the dates

specified in supply order the tender will be

cancelled and action taken to purchase the items at

the risk and loss of the original bidder.

4.

The Demand Draft towards EMD should be pledged

in the name of the Asst. Conservator of Forests,

Social Forestry Division, Kasaragod payable at State

Bank of India, Civil Station Branch, Kasaragod

should be accompanied along with the filled up

tender forms.

5.

SSI units are exempted from remitting EMD; such

units should produce necessary eligibility

Certificates obtained from the Manager, District

Industries Centre concerned.

6.

The quantities mentioned in the Schedules I, II, III,

IV & V are only approximate and may vary.

7.

Rate to be quoted for supplying polythene bags/

good quality seeds should be the price of the item

per Kg. inclusive of all taxes in force and its

transporting charge. Regarding the supply of river

sand and soil the rate to be quoted should be the

cost per 1M³ including taxes if any, in force, and

its transporting charges. Rate for cowdung should

be for a Kilo Gram including all taxes and

transportation charges. The seeds which are to be

supplied from Kerala Forest Seed Centre will be

exempted. Payment of seeds will be made based

on germination percentage.

should be produced along with the tender application

as samples.

9.

The successful tenderer should be remit 2.5%

amount of the PAC in addition to the EMD as

security deposit for the contract, and enter into an

agreement with the Forest Department within 7 days

from the date of intimation regarding the

acceptance of the tender.

10.

After completing the supply of items satisfactorily

the security deposit will be released to the tenderer

on production of necessary tax clearance certificate.

11.

The tenderer is liable to follow Kerala Store

Purchase Rules.

12.

All conditions stipulated as per Kerala Forest Code

and Kerala Store Purchase Manual is applicable for

this tender.

13.

The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the

tender without assigning any reason.

14.

Final payment of bills will be made only after

getting the certificates of Range Officer pertaining

to the quality of goods supplied.

15.

The Assistant Conservator of Forests, Social

Forestry, Kasaragod or any other person authorised

for conducting tender is vested all rights in respect

of the tender including cancellation of tender.
