Whereas the New India Insurance Company has

deposited with this Court a Sum of ` 10,89,234 (Rupees

Ten Lakhs Eighty Nine Thousand Two Hundred and

Thirty Four only) as compensation for distribution to the

dependents of the deceased Shanavas, Kinarulathil House,

Vilambukandam, Eachome P. O., Panamaram Via.,

Mananthavady Taluk, Wayanad District who met with a

fatal accident in the course of work while he was working

as a Driver in Autorikshaw, Register No. KL 12/D 6484 at

Kambalakkad Pallimukku on 30-11-2011 whereas it is

reported that.

Smt. Jameela (Wife)

Sri Muhammed Faiz (Son)

3.

Sri Ibrahim (Father)

4.

Smt. Kunhamina (Mother)

are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d)

of the employees’ compensation Act, 1923. Any other

claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of

the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government

Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from

the same. If no such claims are received within the

prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be

disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim

preferred thereafter will not be considered.
