DECLARATION OF LAWFUL SUCCESSION OF

PURCHASE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

Whereas Smt. P. P. Vanajakumari, d/o late K. S. Menon,

“Padmalayam”, Santhigramam, Manjeri P. O., Manjeri

Village, Ernad Taluk, Malappuram District has purchased

for ` 10,075 (Rupees Ten thousand Seventy Five only)

the immovable property specified below at a sale held in

Public Auction on the 5th day of March 2001 for the

recovery of arrears from Sri Raman Kutty, Prop. Sri Ram

Traders, Manjeri, Anakkayam Village, Ernad Taluk of

Malappuram District and whereas the Sub Collector,

Perinthalmanna has confirmed the sale in his order

No. B-5015/2015 dated 1-10-2015 under Section 54 of the

Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, 1968. It is hereby declared

under Sub Section (1) of section 57 of the said Act that

the said Smt. P. P. Vanajakumari, d/o late K. S. Menon,

“Padmalayam”, Santhigramam, Manjeri P. O. of Manjeri

Village, Ernad Taluk, Malappuram District is the lawful

successor to all the right of the former land-holder in the

said immovable property.
