Whereas the petitioners 1 to 3 and the respondent
are the children of late T.C. Sebastian who resided
at TC. 9/440, K-5, K-Street, Jawahar Nagar,
Thiruvananthapuram-695 041.
Whereas above original petition is filed for probating
the will of late T.C. Sebastian and the respondent is the
twin brother of 3rd petitioner and he is not being heard
for more than 30 years.
Whereas the said late T.C. Sebastian, the father of
the petitioners 1 to 3 and the respondent was the owner
in possession of 13 cents of 881 square links of landed
property and a residential building therein comprised in
Old Survey No. 215/2299, Re Sy. No. 218/122, 150 of
Sasthamangalam Village.
The petitioners 1 to 3 and the respondent are having
1/4th share in the above said property.
