The tenderers should quote the rate of single unit of the

item, freight charges and the taxes applicable for the

purchase by Government Department separately. A

preliminary agreement in a stamp paper worth ` 200 shall

be submitted along with the tender. Late tenders will not

be accepted. The tenders will be opened by the

undersigned at 3.30 p. m. on 30-12-2015 in the presence of

such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives

who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may, on application to the

Deputy Director (Project Tiger) , Periyar East Division,

Thekkady, obtain the requisite tender forms on which

tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender

form should be accompanied by a cash remittance which

is the price fixed for a form, set of forms and which is

not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms

are not transferable. Cheques, postage stamps, etc. will

not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the

forms be sent per V.P.P. The undersigned reserves the

will be as per the general tender/auction sale conditions prevailing the Kerala Forest Department.

The usufructs available in each estate shown in the schedule will be sold separately and all sorts of usufructs

in each estate shown in the schedule will be sold collectively.

If the date of auction declared to be public holiday/hartal, the sale will be conducted on next working day

at the same place and time.

The persons who intended to participate in the tender/auction should produce valid documents to prove

their identity before remitting the EMD. No person will be allowed to participate in the tender/auction without

the production of the Bank Guarantee/Solvency Certificate/Fixed Deposit Receipt pledged in favour of

Divisional Forest Officer, Nemmara worth ` 1,00,000 (Rupees one lakh only) in the case of Miraflores &

Poovamkadavu estates and ` 25,000 (Rupees twenty five thousand only) in the case of remaining estates.

The persons who intended to participate in this tender/auction should produce PAN Card received from

Income Tax Department. No persons will be allowed to participate in the tender/auction without producing

of PAN Card.

Tender should be submitted separately for each estate in the sealed covers and the same shall be opened

and decided immediately after the auction in the presence of the tenderers present.

The successful bidder should remit full sale value on the auction day itself, if the sale value is below

` 25,000 for each estate and if the sale value exceeds this amount, the successful bidder should remit

` 25,000 and ⅓

rd of the exceeded sale value. The balance amount and other taxes should be remitted within

15 days from the date of confirmation and should execute an agreement in Stamp Paper worth

reason. The Forest Department will not be

1. Bidders shall remit the tender document fee and the

Earnest Money Deposit using online payment

option of e-procurement system only and submitted

through the internet online banking of State Bank

of Travancore or through NEFT for other banks.

Bidders opting for NEFT facility of online payment

are advised to exercise this option at least 48 hours

before the closing date of bid to ensure that

payment towards tender document fees and EMD

are credited and a confirmation is reflected in the

e-procurement system. The online NEFT remittance

form provided by e-procurement system for making

a NEFT transaction is not a payment confirmation.

Kerala Forest Department/NIC/SBT shall not be

responsible for any kind of delay in payment status

confirmation.

2. Bidders are requested to submit scanned copy of

the following documents—Registration certificate

duly attested by the Superintendent Engineer/

Executive Engineer, PWD Kerala, EMD exemption

certificate (if any), preliminary agreement executed

in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 duly filled up

proforma for availing e-payment by online.

Subsequently the hard copy of attested copy of

Registration certificate, EMD exemption certificate

(if any), preliminary agreement in original would be

submitted offline in a sealed cover superscribing

the name of work and tender number to the office

of the Deputy Conservator of Forest & Wildlife

Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad (Dist.) through speed

post/registered post as prescribed in the time

schedule, failing which such tenders will be

rejected.

3. The bidding authority deserves the right to modify/

cancel, any/all bids without assigning any reason.

The Forest Department will not be responsible for

any error like missing of scheduled data while

downloading by the bidder and non receipt of

documents.

4. Any further clarifications on this tender can be

certification by Central Power Research Institute,

Bangalore or DGS&D, New Delhi. Tender documents and

tender schedule may be downloaded free of cost from the

e-GP website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. All bid/tender

documents are to be submitted online only in the

designation online cover(s)/envelope(s) on the

www.etenders.kerala.gov.in website. Bids shall be accepted

only through online mode www.etenders.kerala.gov.in

website and tenders submitted manually/ through post

will not be accepted.

The terms and conditions applicable to tender

formalities in Store Purchase Rules will be applicable to

this work also.

Bidders shall remit the tender documents fee and

Earnest Money Deposit using online payment option of

e-procurement system only and submitted through the

internet online banking of State Bank of Travancore or

through NEFT for other banks. The online NEFT

remittance from provided by e-procurement system for

making a NEFT transaction is not a payment confirmation.

responsible for any kind of delay in payment status

Bidders are requested to submit scanned copy of the

following documents experience certificate in providing

solar fencing using C.P.R.I/D.G.S. & D certified materials

for the Forest and Wildlife Department or any department,

Quality and guarantee certificates for materials, EMD

exemption certificate (if any), preliminary agreement

executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 150, duly filled

up to proforma for availing e-payment by Online.

Subsequently the hard copy, attested copy of Registration

certificate, EMD exemption certifice (if any) preliminary

agreement in original, signed copy of conditions would be

submitted offline in a sealed cover subscribing the name

of work and tender number to the office of the Divisional

Forest Officer, Kasaragod Division through speed post/

registered post as prescribed in the time schedule, failing

which such tenders will be rejected. The bidding authority

deserves the right to modify/cancel any/all bids without

assigning any reason. The Forest Department will not be

responsible for any error like missing of scheduled data,

while downloading by the bidder and non receipt of

documents.

available in the www.etenders.kerala.gov.in website and

from this office 04994256119 during the office hours. The

details regarding e-payment (bidder’s Bank Account

Number where he/she is having core banking facility and

email ID) should be submitted along with the tender.

Tenders without these details will not be accepted.

The Forest Department will not be responsible for any

inconvenience or loss to the bidder while uploading/

downloading the bid.

The tender/bids shall be opend online at the office of

the Divisional Forest Officer, Kasaragod in the presents

of bidders/their representatives who to attend the above

address. If the tender opening date happens to be on a

holiday or non working day due to any other vaild

reason, the tender opening process will be do on the

next working day at same time and place.

All other existing conditions related to e-tendering of

Kerala PWD/Forest Department will be applicable in this

tender also.

The successful tenderer is liable to remit the

taxes as per rules. The contractor is bound to give

necessary training and awareness to the Forest

Department Staff and beneficiaries regarding the

maintenance of the power fence. The tenderer/agency/firm

shall abided by the conditions in the Circular No. 6/2013

dated 24-9-2013 of the Principle Chief Conservator of

Forest, Thiruvananthapuram.
