& Electronics Items under Development of Lab & Library

Scheme for the departments in the Government College,

Attingal. The lists of items to be supplied will be

available along with the tender forms. The successful

tenderers should deliver the items within 28 days from the

date of supply order and as per the conditions specified

therein.

The envelopes containing the tender should bear the

superscription “Purchase of Computer & Electronics Items

under Development of Lab & Library Scheme for the

departments in Plan Fund 2015-2016” and should be

addressed to “The Principal, Government College, Attingal,

Pin-695 101”. Last date for receipt of tenders will be at

2.30 p. m. on 30-12-2015. Late tenders will not be

accepted. The tenders will open at 3 p. m. on 30-12-2015

in the presence of such of the tenderers or their

authorized representatives who may be present at that

time. Intending tenderers may on application to “The

Principal, Government College, Attingal” obtain the

requisite tender forms on which tenders should be

Money Deposit (EMD) is required @ 1% of the total

cost of the materials quoted in tenders and should be

remitted by Demand Draft or Fixed Deposit receipts

subject to the minimum of ` 1500. The tenderers who are

eligible for exemption from payment of EMD should

enclose copy of the latest certificate of Registration

Estimate Amount—Development of Lab/Library—

` 4,85,500.

The envelopes containing the tender should bear the

superscription “Purchase of Lab Equipments for the

Department of Polymer Chemistry under Plan Fund in

cephalometric (8’X10’) films.

the specification appended below. Interested tenderers

may submit separate “Technical bid” in one envelope

separate “Financial bid” in another cover superscibing

“Tender No. 21/2015 -Financial Bid” and should be

SCHEDULE

The date up to which the rates to be infirm—One

year from the date of submission of tender.

The rate should be inclusive of S.T. and other

taxes, duties, levies, insurance, freight charges

packing and forwarding charges etc. and free

delivery at concerned Dept./Section/Office.

Tenders to be submitted in details with illustrated

pamphlet (Wherever necessary) neatly typed,
