Period of work—2 months from the date handling
over the site.
Tender forms and other conditions can be obtained
from the office of the undersigned on application in writing and
on payment of the cost of the tender form and taxes in Cash
(not refundable) up to 1 p.m. on 12-1-2016. The filled up
tenders will be received in this office up to 3 p.m. on
12-1-2016 and opened by the undersigned or an Officer
authorized by him on the same day at 3.30 p.m. at the Office of
Wildlife Warden, Thiruvananthapuram in the presence of the
contractors attending on the date. If the due date happens to be
a holiday, the next working day will be the due date.
The tender forms are not transferable. The Earnest Money
Deposit noted against the work should be paid along with the
tenders in form of Demand Draft (cheque will not be acceptable)
pledged in favour of the undersigned payable at any
Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank. Incomplete tenders and
tenders without EMD are liable to be rejected. The undersigned
reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any
reasons thereof. All other conditions prevailing in the
Kerala PWD and Forest Department and modifications there
of time to time are applicable to this tender also. The
tenders not containing the prescribed preliminary agreement
in stamp paper worth ` 200 will be summarily rejected.
If there is no response to any of the works included in this
notification, the tender will again be conducted on 18-1-2016 as
per the same conditions mentioned above, at the same
time and venue.

making NEFT transaction is not a payment confirmation.
Kerala Forest Department/NIC/KITM shall not be
responsible for any kind of delay in payment status
confirmation.
Bidders are requested to submit scanned copy of the
following documents, experience certificate certified by
the Forest and Wildlife Department or any other
department, Quality and guarantee certificates for
materials, EMD exemption certificate (if any) preliminay
agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200,
duly filled up proforma for availing e-payment by online.
Subsequently the attested copy of Registration
Certificate, EMD exeption certificate (if any) preliminary
agreement in original, signed copy of conditions would be
submitted offline in a sealed cover subscribing the name
of work and tender number to the office of the Divisional
Forest Officer, Thenmala Division through speed post/
registered post as prescribed in the time schedule, failing
which such tenders will be rejected. The bidding authority
deserves the right to modify/cancelled any/all bids
without assigning any reason. The Forest Department will
not be responsible for any error like missing of scheduled
data, while downloading by the bidder and non-receipt of
documents.

number available in the www.etenders.kerala.gov.in website
and from the office of the Divisional Forest Officer,

Separate online tenders are invited from eligible ‘A’ Class contractors registered in the Forest Department in
pursuance of G. O. (Ms.) No. 226/81 (F) dated 16-12-1981 for working down Timber, Billets and Teak Poles from the marked
trees standing in the plantations mentioned in the schedule below and transport the same to the Govt. Timber Depots,
Poles & Billets at dumping site mentioned in the same schedule. The tenderer is bound to comply with the terms and
conditions in force, besides the conditions that will be framed by the Government in future in connection with this tender.
Tender documents and schedules are available in the website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. The Earnest Money Deposit and
tender cost for the tender should be submitted through the Internet online banking of SBT or through NEFT for other
banks. For submission of tenders visit the website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in.
All bid/tender documents are to be submitted online only and in the designated Online cover(s)/envelope(s) on the
www.etenders.kerala.gov.in website and tenders submitted manually/through post will not be entertained. Late tenders
will not be accepted.
Online tenders/bids are to be accompanied with a preliminary agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth
` 200. Tenders/bids received online without the scanned copies of relevant documents, preliminary agreement, will not be
considered and shall be summarily rejected. Any further clarification on this tender can be obtained from NIC/the e-tender
Helpdesk number available in the www.etenders.kerala.gov.in website and from the office of the Divisional Forest Officer,

The Forest Department will not be responsible for any inconvenience or loss to the Bidder while uploading/

The successful tenderer should submit a solvency from the revenue authorities or a Bank guarantee issued by a
Nationalized Bank for 10% of the tender amount, if the tender amount exceeds ` 3,00,000. The successful tenderer should
execute an agreement in the prescribed format in a Stamp Paper worth ` 200 within 15 days from the date of intimation
of acceptance of the tender after furnishing security deposit equal to 10% of the tender amount or ` 1,00,000 whichever
is less. Post offers as per the existing rules shall also be entertained. The tenderers quoting rates separately for timber,
poles, billets and firewood shall not be entertained under any circumstances. If the notified date of tender happens to be
a holiday, the tender will be conducted on the very next working day at same place and time. Details of tender are

to work down the entire trees marked in the plantation to the respective Depots as per the direction of the Departmental
Staff. Penalty as per rule will be levied by the Forest Department from the tenderer, if any tree is unfelled or for the delay

It is hereby notified that Timber IV & Teak Poles collected through thinning from area in 1972 TP Kanayar
(Chittar) in Kanayar Range of Achencovil Division will be sold through re e-Auction shown in the schedule by
M/s MSTC, Bangalore, subject to the conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 50, Vol. III dated 23-12-2014 vide
Notification No. Pro.(4) 26243/13, dated 3-12-2014 of the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (P)
Thiruvananthapuram and other conditions prevalent in the Forest Department. Besides the quantity shown in the
schedule, the quantity if any delivered to dumping sites before the date of e-Auction and that could be lotted
immediately before the e-auction will also be placed in the e-auction. Those who wished to participate in the e-auction
have to remit EMD for ` 50,000 & 25,000 as shown in the schedule as e-payment before the e-auction through MSTC
Limited. Successful bidders will have to remit 35% of the bid amount on the e-auction date itself through e-payment.
Successful bidders will have to remit the balance value, VAT, Forest Development Tax, Income Tax and such other as
taxes that are prevailing at the time of e-auction within the stipulated time limit.

e-Payment (Bidder's Bank Account Number where he/she is having core banking facility and Email ID) should be
submitted along with the e-Auction documents. e-Auction documents without these details will not be accepted.
Technical bid and financial bid shall be submitted in their respective designated online covers. The Forest Department will
not be responsible for any inconvenience or loss to the Bidder while uploading/downloading the bid.
The bidders who wish to participate in the e-auction should produce a certificate showing the permanent address
and signature of the bidders duly attested by the concerned Village Officer or any other approved identity documents
along with the EMD through online. Those who do not produce any approved Identity Card or Certificate will not be
eligible to participate in the e-auction.
Intending persons may ensure the quantity and quality of materials putup for e-auction before the commencement
of the same and no complaints will be entertained after the e-auction. In case any Govt. Department requires any of the

The auction sale of right of collection and removal
of cashew usufructs from the cashew plantations in the
Edavanna and Nilambur Ranges of Nilambur North
Division will be conducted on 11-1-2016 at 3 p. m. at
Divisonal Forest Office, Nilambur North by the Divisional
Forest Officer, Nilambur North or any person authorised by
Divisional Forest Officer. If the date of auction happens
to be a public holiday, the auction will be conducted on
the next working day at the same place and time. In
case, due to some other reasons, the proposed auction
sale of the cashew plantation, entire or a part, do not
materialise on the scheduled date 11-1-2016 or next
working day as the case may be, the auction sale of
blocks, no bid areas, if any, will be conducted on
11-1-2016 and if auction could not be conducted on
18-1-2016 for valid reasons, the same shall be conducted
on 18-1-2016 at same place and time.

A certificate regarding the address and signature
of the bidder duly attested by the Village Officer
concerned shall be produced at the time of
auction.
2.
EMD for each unit will be ` 3,000 and for 2, 9, 10
are ` 1,000.
3.
The contractor shall abide by the rules envisaged
by the cashew Procurement and Marketing
Act 1977.
4.
Period of contract shall be up to 30-6-2016 from the
date of execution of agreement after confirming the
sale.

Those who intended to participate in the auction
will have to adhere to the sale conditions, a copy

Competitive sealed tenders are invited by the
undersigned for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala
in the prescribed form from eligible contractors registered
with Kerala Public Works Department for following civil
works in Kuttiady and Thamarassery Forest Ranges
during 2015-16. The tender is fixed to be conducted on
7-1-2016. The tender documents can be purchased from
the office of the undersigned during office hours up to
2 p. m. Cost of tender form is non refundable. The tender
documents should be properly filled up and should be
submitted on or before 2 p. m. on 7-1-2016. It should be
accompanied by all necessary documents, along with
Earnest Money Deposit by way of bankers DD, or fixed
deposit or National Saving Certificate or any approved
certificate drawn in favour of Divisional Forest Officer,

Kozhikode, payable at Kozhikode. The intending tenderers
should furnish a preliminary agreement in stamp paper
worth ` 200 along with tender for each work.
Incomplete tenders or tenders without necessary
documents or tenders not in accordance with tender
conditions will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened
and scrutinized at 3 p. m. on the same day in the
presence of those tenderers who are present at the time
by the Divisional Forest Officer, Kozhikode or an officer
authorized by him. The Divisional Forest Officer reserves
the right to reject any tender either partly or in full,
without assigning any reason thereof. If the tender date
happens to be a holiday, or the tender could not be
conducted on the notified date, due to any other
reasons, the tender will be conducted at the same place
and time on the next working day, as per the same
conditions detailed below.
If the tender for the above work or any of the work
could not be conducted on the said date/dates, tender for
such works will be conducted at the above place and
time with same conditions on 7-1-2016. If tender could not
be conducted even on this date necessary tenders
conducted for the entire work or balance works for which
tenders have not been received on the following dates
with same condition 12-1-2016 or else 15-1-2016.
Cost of tender form is from ` 5,000 + VAT to
` 50,000 shall be ` 300 + VAT and in respect of works
with PAC of ` 50,001 to 10 lakhs shall be 0.20% + VAT
of the cost of the work rounded to the nearest multiple
of 100 subject to a minimum of ` 500 + VAT and
maximum of ` 2,000 + VAT. All existing rules, regulations,
directions etc. prescribed by Kerala PWD and Forest
Department in respect of civil works shall be applicable
for this tender also.

Competitive sealed tenders are invited by the
undersigned on behalf of the Governor of Kerala in the
prescribed form from eligible contractors or agencies/firms
registered as ‘C’ Class and above with Kerala Public
Works Department for one civil work as shown
below in Kozhikode District under Timber Sales Division,
Kozhikode during 2015-16. The tenders are fixed to be
conducted on 13-1-2016. The tender documents can be
purchased from the office of the undersigned during
office hours upto 1 p.m. on the tender date, on
producing attested copy of the Registration Card. Cost of
tender form is non refundable and the tender form is not
transferable. The filled up tender documents should be
submitted on or before 3 p. m. on the date of tender.
It should be accompanied by all necessary documents
and required Earnest Money Deposit by way of Bankers
DD or Fixed Deposit or National Saving Certificate or any
approved deposit drawn in favour of/pledged in the name
of Divisional Forest Officer, Timber Sales, Kozhikode,
payable at Kozhikode. The intending tenderers should
furnish a Preliminary agreement in prescribed form in
Stamp Paper worth ` 200 along with tender for each work.

Tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on the same day in
the presence of those tenderers or their authorised
representatives who are present at the time by the
Divisional Forest Officer, Timber Sales, Kozhikode or an
officer authorized by him. The Divisional Forest Officer,
Timber Sales, Kozhikode reserves the right to exclude any
work/postponed to another notified date and also to reject
any tender without assigning any reason thereof. If the
tender date happens to be a holiday or the tender could
not be conducted on the notified date, due to any
reason, the tender will be conducted at the same place
and time on the next working day, as per the same
conditions.

If the tender could not be conducted on the said
date/dates, tender for the works will be conducted at the
above place and time with same conditions on 18-1-2016. If
tender could not be conducted even on this date
necessary tender for such works will be conducted with
same condition at the same place and time on 20-1-2016.
Tender for balance works, if any will be conducted on
23-1-2016 and tender for remaining works, if any, will be
conducted on 27-1-2016 and tender for remaining works if
any will be conducted on 30-1-2016 at the same place and
time as per same conditions.
Cost of tender forms in respect of works with PAC
upto ` 50,000 shall be ` 300 + VAT and in respect of
works with PAC of above ` 50,000 upto 10 lakhs shall be
` 0.20% of the cost of work + VAT subject to a minimum
of ` 500 + VAT and maximum of ` 2,000 + VAT. All
existing rules, regulations, directions etc. prescribed by
Kerala PWD and Kerala Forest Department in respect of
civil works shall be applicable for this tender also.
Before commencing work or within a week after the
date when acceptance of the tender has been intimated to
him, the tenderer shall deposit a sum sufficient to make up
the balance of 5 (five) percent of the probable value of
contract which together with the Earnest Money
Deposited shall be treated as security for the proper
fulfillment of the same and shall execute an agreement for
the work in the PWD schedule form. If he falls to do this
or in the case of PWD contracts not maintain as specified
progress (to be specified in each case in the tender
schedule) the Earnest Money Deposit and security
deposit shall be forfeited to Government and fresh tenders
shall be called for or the matter otherwise disposed off. If
as a result of such measures, due to the default of the
tenderer to pay the requisite deposit, sign the contracts or
take the possession of the work, any loss to Government
due to the same will recovered from him as arrears of
revenue, but should it be saving to Government, the
original contract or shall have no claim whatever to the
difference. Recoveries on this or any other account will be
made from the sum that may be due to the contract or on
this or any other subsisting Contracts under the Revenue
Recovery Act, or otherwise the Government may decide.

the prescribed form from eligible contractors registered
with Kerala PWD for the following Civil works in
Muthanga/Kurichiat/Sulthan Bathery Forest Ranges during
2015 -16.

The tender is fixed to be conducted on 12-1-2016 at
the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests &
Wildlife Warden, Wayanad Wildlife Division, Sulthan
Bathery. The tender forms can be purchased from the
office of the undersigned during office hours upto 1 p. m.
on all working days till the tender date. Cost of tender
form is non refundable. The intending tenderer should
apply with proof of identity such as Electoral Identity
Card, Driving Licence, Indian Passport etc. along with the
Registration Certificate in original to get the tender form.
The tender form should be properly filled up and should
be submitted on or before 2 p. m. on the date of tender.
It should be accompanied by all necessary documents
along with the Earnest Money Deposit by way of
Bankers DD or Fixed Deposit or National Savings
Certificate pledged in favour of Deputy Conservator of
Forests & Wildlife Warden, Wayanad Wildlife Division,
Sulthan Bathery payable at Sulthan Bathery. The
intending tenderers should also furnish a preliminary
agreement in stamp paper worth ` 200 along with tender
of each work. Otherwise the tender shall be rejected.
Incomplete tender or tenders without necessary
documents or tenders not in accordance with tender
conditions will not be accepted.
Tenders will be opened
by the Deputy Conservator of Forests & Wildlife
Warden or an Officer authorized by him at 3.30 p.m. on
the same day in the presence of those tenderers who are
present at that time. The Deputy Conservator of Forests &
Wildlife Warden reserves the right to reject any tender,
either partly or wholly without assinging any reason
thereof. If the tender could not be conducted on the
notified date due to any reason, it will be conducted at
the same place and time on the next working day as per
the same conditions.

If the tender for all works or any of the work could
not be conducted on the said date/dates, the tender for
such work/works will be conducted at the same place
and time with same conditions on 19-1-2016. If the tender
could not be conducted on that day also, it will be
conducted on 22-1-2016. If it could not be conducted on
that day also, it will be conducted on 28-1-2016. All
existing rules, regulations, directions, conditions,
prevailing in Kerala PWD and Kerala Forest Department
and Store Purchase Department in respect of civil works
shall be applicable in these works and tender also.

Sealed competitive tenders in the prescribed forms
are invited till 3 p. m. on 14-1-2016 from approved A, B &
C class contractors of PWD, Kerala for the following
works by the undersigned for and on behalf of Governor
of Kerala. Tender form can be had from the office of the
undersigned on request in writing till 1 p.m. on the date
of tender on payment of its cost and taxes. The last date
and time of receipt of tender in sealed cover
superscribing the name of the work is 3 p. m. on the
tender date. The tender will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on
14-1-2016 in the presence of the tenderers present at that
time. In case the tender is not materialized on 14-1-2016
due to any reasons, it will be conducted on 18-1-2016 at
the same time and place or on 21-1-2016 at the same time
and place.

Officer, Kannur. The name of work should be superscribed
on the sealed cover. All the conditions prevailing in Kerala
Public Works Department and Kerala Forest Department
will be applicable to these works. Guarantee as prescribed
in G. O. (MS) No. 98/92/PWD dated 1-11-1992 will also be
applicable to this tender. Tender forms are not
transferable. Tender should be submitted along with a
preliminary agreement signed and executed in a Stamp
Paper worth ` 200. Incomplete tenders and tenders
without EMD or tender received after the stipulated time
are liable to be rejected. The undersigned reserves the
right to reject any tender without assigning any reason
thereof.
