depots and dumping sites mentioned in the schedule below. The tenderer is bound to comply with the terms and
conditions in force, besides the conditions that will be framed by the Government in future in connection with this

Bidders shall remit the tender document fee and the Earnest Money Deposit using online payment option of
e-procurement system only and submitted through the internet online banking of State Bank of Travancore or
through NEFT for other banks. Bidders opting for NEFT facility of online payment are advised to exercise this
option at least 72 hours before the closing date of bid to ensure that payment towards tender document fees and
EMD are credited and a confirmation is reflected in the e-procurement system. The online NEFT remittance
form provided by e-procurement system for making a NEFT transaction is not a payment confirmation. Kerala
Forest Department/NIC/ SBT shall not be responsible for any kind of delay in payment status confirmation.

Bidders are requested to submit scanned copy of the following documents-Registration certificate duly attested by
Gazetted Officer, preliminary agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200, duly filled up proforma for
availing e-payment by Online. Subsequently the hard copy of attested copy of Registration certificate, preliminary
agreement in original and tender document would be submitted offline in a sealed cover superscribing the name
of work and tender number to the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Konni through speed post/registered
post as prescribed in the time schedule, failing which such tenders will be rejected.

before the closing date of bid to ensure that
payment towards tender document fees and EMD

The Forest Department will not be responsible for

of the Department www.kerala.gov.in/tender/intex.htm.
Filled up tender forms along with other documents shall
be submitted to the undersigned upto 3 p. m. on
14-1-2016 by post or any approved courier service. In
the case of downloaded tender applications, in addition to
the prescribed EMD, a demand draft for the tender form
value from a Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of
Wildlife Warden, Wildlife Division, Munnar payable at
Munnar shall also be enclosed. Other mode of
remittance of tender form cost is not acceptable.
The Earnest Money Deposit noted against the work
should be paid along with the tenders by DD (Cheques or
fixed deposit receipts will not be acceptable) in favour of
the undersigned payable at any Nationalized Bank at
Munnar. Incomplete tender or tenders without EMD are
liable to be rejected. The preliminary agreement in stamp
paper worth ` 200 should be enclosed with tender. The
undersigned reserves the right to reject any tender
without assigning any reason. All other conditions
prevailing in the Kerala Public Works Department and
Forest Department are applicable to this tender
notification also.
If the tender is not conducted on the stipulated date
due to administrative reason, that will be conducted on
16-1-2016 or 19-1-2016.

framed by the Government in future in connection with

The bidding authority deserves the right to modify/
Cancel any/all bids without assigning any reason.
The Forest Department will not be responsible for
any error like missing of schedule and other datas
while downloading by the bidder and non receipt
of documents.

in a sealed cover subscribing the name of work
and tender number to the Office of the Divisional
Forest Officer, Nilambur South Division through
speed post/registered post as prescribed in the
time schedule, failing which such tenders will be
rejected.

The bidding authority deserves the right to modify/
cancelled any/all bids without assigning any
reason. The Forest Department will not be
responsible for any error like missing of
scheduled data, while downloading by the bidder

certificate (if any), preliminary agreement executed

up to proforma for availing e-payment by Online.
Subsequently the hard copy attested copy of
Registration Certificate, Bid document, EMD
exemption certificate (if any), preliminary
agreement in original would be submitted offline
in a sealed cover subscribing the name of work
and tender number to the Office of the Divisional
Forest Officer, Kozhikode through speed post/
registered post as prescribed in the time schedule,
failing which such tenders will be rejected.

The bidding authority deserves the right to modify/
cancelled any/all bids without assigning any
reason. The Forest Department will not be
responsible for any error like missing of
scheduled data, while downloading by the bidder
and non receipt of documents.

The Forest Department will not be responsible for
any inconvenience or loss to the bidder while

The tender/bids shall be opened online at the
Office of the Divisional Forest Officer,
Kozhikode, in the presence of bidders/their
representatives who wish to attend the above
address. If the tender opening date happens to be
on a holiday or non working day due to any other
valid reason, the tender opening process will be do
on the next working day.
6.
The amount shown in the tender schedule is
including contractor profit (CP). In addition to this
no CP will be allowed.
7.

The Divisional Forest Officer, South Wayanad
Division, Kalpetta reserves all the right to exclude any
class or quantity of Teak Timber, Poles, billets and
firewood shown in the schedule above for sale. EMD
amount of ` 20,000 for Teak Poles/Billets/Firewood and
` 50,000 for Teak Timber (C-IV & SL C-IV) can be
remitted through online payment system to MSTC by
6 p. m. on the previous day of the e-auction. The buyer
registration number has to be mentioned while paying the
EMD. For the benifit of the bidders who are not well
versed with the online transactions, for some initial
period, Range Forest Officer, Chedleth Range will
entertain receipt of EMD in the form of Demand Draft
payable at State Bank of Travancore, Sulthan Bathery
branch drawn in favour of Range Forest Officer,
Chedleth Range, Pulpally as was done in the old system
by 2 p.m. on the previous day of e-auction. Only the
registered customers who will submit the EMD will be
able to participate against the eligible lots in e-auction. If
the sale value of bid materials is not paid within the
specified time period against any of the bid lot by the H1
bidder, the EMD will be forfeited.
The successful bidder, 35% of the bid value, after
adjusting the EMD already remitted, shall be paid within
7 working days of issuance of acceptance letter. The
mode of payment is through e-treasury of Government of
Kerala or Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of range
Forest Officer, Chedleth Range payable at State Bank of
Travancore, Sulthan Bathery Branch or by cash in
Sub Treasury, Sulthan Bathery. If any amount is charged
by bank for clearing the DD, the same shall be borne by
the bidder himself.
If any modifications or change in the sale conditions
are intimated by the Addl. Principal Chief Conservator of
Forests (Protection) Thiruvananthapuram, that will also be
applicable to this e-auction sale and it will be informed
to the bidder before e-auction. The undersigned reserves
the right to alter the quantities of the materials
mentioned in the above schedule or to cancel the
e-auction of any materials without further notice.

the www.etenders.kerala.gov.in website and tenders
submitted manually/through post will not be entertained.
Late tenders will not be accepted.
Online tenders/bids are to be accompanied with a
preliminary agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper
worth ` 200. Tenders/bids received online without the
scanned copies of relevant documents, preliminary
agreement will not be considered and shall be summarily
rejected. Any further clarification on this tender can be
obtained from NIC/ the e-tender Helpdesk number
available in the www.etenders.kerala.gov.in website
and from the Office of the Divisional Forest Officer,
North Wayanad during the office hours. The details
regarding e-payment (Bidder's Bank Account No. where

be submitted along with the tender. Tenders without these
details will not be accepted. Technical bid and financial
bid shall be submitted in their respective designated
online covers.
The Forest Department will not be responsible for
any inconvenience or loss to the Bidder while uploading/

The successful tenderer should execute an
agreement in the prescribed format in a stamp paper
worth ` 200. Post offers as per the existing rules shall
also be entertained. If the notified date of tender happens
to be a holiday, the tender will be conducted on the very
next working day at same place and time. Undersigned
reserves all rights for cancelling any work at any time
without further intimation. All the prevailing conditions
