Whereas HDFC, ERGO Insurance Company Limited,

Ernakulam has deposited with this Court a sum of

` 7,45,552 (Rupees Seven Lakhs Fortyfive Thousand Five

Hundred and Fifty Two only) as Compensation to be

distributed to the dependents of the deceased

Sri Sojan Peter who met with a fatal accident while

employed under Sri Faisal, 13/1081, Chullickal, Kochi,

Ernakulam and whereas it is reported that

1. Sri Peter, Annamma Cottage,

Kannanalloor P. O., Kollam (Father)

2.

Smt. Annamma, Annamma Cottage,

Kannanalloor P. O., Kollam (Mother)

are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d)

of the Employee’s Compensation Act. Any others who

claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within

15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala

Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me

and prove the same. If no such claims are received within

the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will

be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims

preferred thereafter will not be considered.
