Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Kannur,
Pariyaram. Last date of receipt of sealed tenders to this
office is 10-2-2016 at 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be
accepted. Tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on
10-2-2016 in the presence of such of the tenderers or
their authorized representatives, who may be present
at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the
Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Kannur,
Pariyaram to obtain the requisite tender forms on which
tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender

Sealed tenders are invited for the Automation of
Library in Malayalam Department of University College,
Thiruvananthapuram under Plan Scheme 2015-16.
The envelopes containing the tenders should
be superscribed as “Tender for the Automation of Library
in Malayalam Department (6/A5/1362/Plan/Lab/UC/15)”
and addressed to The Principal, University College,
Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach in this College on or
before 2 p.m. on 4-2-2016. Late tenders will not be
accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on
4-2-2016 in the presence of the tenderers or their
authorised representatives who may be present
at that time.
Tender forms can be had from the College Office
from 10.30 a. m. to 1 p. m. on the working days till
4-2-2016. The cost of the tender form is ` 526 including
VAT + cess. The cost of duplicate tender form will be
` 316, which is price fixed for a tender form and which
is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender

Intending tenderers may, on application to the
Principal, Government College, Nattakom P.O., Kottayam
obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders
should be submitted. Application for tender form should
be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 630
(including tax) which is the price fixed for a form and
which is not refundable under any circumstances. Demand
Draft for ` 630 on the local branch of SBT drawn in
favour of the Principal, Government College, Kottayam

The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender form
will be closed at 1 p. m. on 16th February 2016.
Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted

issued at ` 315 (Inclusive of Taxes) per copy.
The rate quoted should be valid up to 31-3-2016.
The software should be installed and work to be
completed within 30 days on receipt of the supply order,
in concerned department at your expense. Rates, Tax and
condition of supply of articles should clearly be stated
separately in respect of each of them. An agreement in
the prescribed form in Kerala Government Stamp Paper
worth ` 200 should be enclosed with the tender.
The tender should be accompanied by an EMD of
1% (one percent) of the total cost of the articles
tendered for, either in cash or crossed Bank Draft or TSB
deposits or Government pro note of Bank guarantee or
NSL. Tenders without sufficient EMD will be rejected.
EMD will carry no interest. Firms who are exempted
from EMD should furnish attested copy of exemption

Sealed tenders are invited for the Supply of
Projector, Computer, E-Book Reader, Printer, Hard Disk,
Extension Code and other related items for total cost of
` 3,31,400 (Rupees Three Lakh Thirty One Thousand and
Four Hundred Only) to Government College, Malappuram
under 2015-16 Plan Scheme. The envelope containing the
tender should be superscribed “Tender for the supply of
Projector, Computer, E-Book Reader, Printer, Hard Disk,
Extension Code and other related items under Plan
Scheme during 2015-16” and addressed to the Principal,
Government College, Munduparamba P.O., Malappuram
District, Kerala, Pin-676 509. The last date of receipt of
tender is at 1 p.m. on 15-2-2016. Late tenders will not
be accepted at any account. The tenders will be opened
at 2.30 p.m. on the same day. The intending tenderers
may make an application to the Principal to obtain the
requisite tender form, in which tender should be
submitted. The original tender form duly filled only will
be accepted.
Application for the tender form should be
accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 735 (Rupees
Seven Hundred and Thirty Five Only) (including VAT).
Rate of duplicate tender form is ` 420 (Rupees Four
Hundred and Twenty Only), which is the price fixed for
a tender form and which is not refundable under any
circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale
of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on
15-2-2016. Cheques, Drafts, Postal Orders will not be
accepted towards the cost of tender form, and the tender
form will not be sent by V.P.P. Those who require tender
forms by registered post should sent the cost of tender
form ` 767 (Rupees Seven Hundred and Sixty Seven
only) including postal charges for registered post by
money order. Every tender should be accompanied by an
agreement in the Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200. Those
firms outside Kerala want to get tender form by post will

The period of firmness of rate quoted will be upto

Special Conditions
1.
The tender should be submitted in the prescribed
form which can be had from the college office on
payment of ` 840 either in person or by sending
Money Order. The cost of duplicate tender form
is ` 420.
2.
Total cost of the articles tendered for should be
worked out and recorded in the list of articles.
Every tenderer who has not registered with the
State Government Store Purchase Department
should remit 2.5 % of the total cost of articles
tendered for, towards EMD. The EMD can be paid
by way of TDR/FDR.
3.
The articles should be supplied to the college at the
expense of the supplier.
4.
The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and
duties. Otherwise rate of taxes charged up on each
item should be quoted against the prices of each
item.
5.
The successful tenderers should sign an agreement

one number of Specific Protein Analyzer in IMCH,
Medical College, Calicut-8. List of items can be had
from the office of undersigned during office hours on
any working days. Envelop containing tenders should be
superscribed with tender numbers and should be
addressed to the Superintendent, IMCH, Medical College,
Calicut-8, Kerala. Tender must be submitted in sealed
cover. Tender will be opened in the presence of such of the
tenderers or their authorized persons who may be present
