Corrigendum

No. B3/Port And Dock Regulations/2014. 3rd December 2015.

The following Corrigendum is issued on “The Cochin

Port and Dock Regulations 2014” to the Notification

No. B3/Port And Dock Regulations/2014 dt. 31st March,

2015 published on 7th July 2015 and 14th July 2015 in the

Kerala Gazette.

Regulation No. 1: To be completely replaced as

below:

1.

Short title and commencement

(i)

These regulations may be called “The Cochin

Port and Dock Regulations, 2014.”

PART IV

Private Advertisements and Miscellaneous

Notifications

(ii) They shall come into force from the date of

their publication of the approval of the Central

Government under section 124 of the Major

Port Trusts Act 1963 in the Official Gazette.

Regulation No. 2 (viii): In the second line the word

‘Accounts’ shall be substituted with the word

‘Finance’.

Regulation No. 6 (ii): The last word ‘Regulations’

shall be substituted with the words ‘Regulation 5’.

Regulation No. 56: The last world ‘cargos’ shall

be substituted with the word ‘cargoes’.

Regulation No. 60: In the second line, the word

‘Manger’ shall be substituted with the word

‘Manager’.

Regulation No. 62: In para (ii) 3rd line-(a) shall

be substituted with (i)

Regulation No. 63 (i): In the second line, the

words ‘order on the’ shall be substituted with the

word ‘order addressed to the’

Regulation No. 71 (i): The words ‘Landing of’

shall be substituted with the words ‘Landing or’

Regulation No. 88: In the second line the words

“shall also comply with the following with the

utmost caution having regard the traffic and” shall

be deleted.

Regulation No. 88 (v): In the 1st line the words

“convey one” shall be substituted with the word

‘conveyance’

In the 3rd line the words ‘Police CISF’ shall be

substitued with the words ‘Police/CISF’.

Regulation No. 93: The word ‘of’ after destruction

shall be deleted.
