Sealed competitive tenders are invited for arranging
Landscaping to the front courtyard of the main building of
BJM Govt. College, Chavara for ` 4,97,700 during the
year 2015-16.
The tender forms, specifications and the other details
of items to be supplied for arranging landscaping can be
had from the college office on payment of ` 600 for
original and ` 400 for duplicate 4 % VAT & 1% Cess
also may be remitted additionally. Those who wish to get
tender forms by registered post, should forward a self
addressed envelope 30 x 15 cm in size and stamped for
` 55 along with the request and cost of tender forms by
money order (no other mode of payment is acceptable).
The cost of tender form is not refundable in any
circumstances and the tender forms are not transferable.
All the tenderers should execute an agreement in
Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 (Vide page No. 6 of the
tender form). The Earnest Money Deposit required is 2.5%
of the total cost of the materials quoted in the tenders
and should be remitted by Demand Draft or fixed deposit.
The cover containing tenders should be superscribed
as “Tender for arranging landscaping in front of the front
courtyard of the main building - 2015-16” and should be
addressed to the Principal, B. J. M. Govt. College,
Chavara, Kollam. Pin-691 583. The last date and time for
receipt of tender is at 3 p. m. on 15-3-2016 and will be
opened at 4 p. m. on the same day in the presence of the
tenderers or their authorized representatives. Late tendes
will not be accepted. The Principal reserves the right to
reject any or all the tenders without assigning any
reason thereof.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Steel
cabinet as per the list attached. The envelopes containing
the tender should bear the superscription""Supply of Steel
Cabinet'' and should be addresed to The Principal,
Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram,
Mannampatta P. O., Palakkad, Kerala-678 633. Last date for
receipt of tenders will be 15-3-2016, 2 p. m. Late tenders
will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened
on 15-3-2016 at 3 p. m. in the presence of such of the
tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be
present at that time. Intending tenderers may, on
application to the Principal, Government Engineering
College, Sreekrishnapuram, Mannampatta P. O., Palakkad,
Kerala-678 633 (Ph. 0466 2260 350/565) obtain the requisite
tender forms on which tenders should be submitted.
Application for the tender form should be accompanied
by a cash remittance of ` 832 (Rupees Eight hundred and

price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not
refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are
not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at
12.30 p. m. on 15-3-2016. Cheques, postage stamps etc. will
not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, nor will
the forms be sent per V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms, if
required will be issued at ` 416 (Rupees Four hundred and
sixteen only) per copy. E.M.D. for 1% of the quoted rate
should be submitted along with the tender by way of
DD drawn from a Nationalised Bank in favour of Principal,
Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Rates may be quoted for delivery at Government
Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram.
2. The firms who are capable to supply the item
within week from the date of Supply order may
be participated in the tender process.
3. Guarantee/Waranty—Onsite guarantee/waranty
for one year from the delivery date may be
provided.
4. Payment condition—Only after the satisfactory
supply and inspection of the item.
5. Catalogue/brochure if any may be produced
along with the tender form.
6. EMD—Amount equivalent to 1% of the quoted
amount should be furnished along with the
tender.
7. Preliminary agreement prepared in Kerala Stamp
Paper of ` 200 should be submitted along with
