House, Kallanchira, Balal (P. O.), Kasargod who met with
fatal accident in the course of work while he was working
as a Driver in the Tipper Lorry bearing Registration
No. KL. 13 U-1054 at Peringaya on 28-3-2013 whereas it is
reported that (1) Raheena (Wife), (2) Nabeel (Minor Son)
Pazhayappattillath (House), Kanakapally (P.O.), Parappa
(Via.) (3) Nabeesa (Mother), Poyakkara (House),
Kallamchira, Balal (P. O.), Kasargod are his only
dependents as defined under Section 2(1)(d) of the
Employee's Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to
be such dependents should within 15 days of the
publication of this notice in the Kerala Government
Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from
the same. If no such claims are received within the
prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be
disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim
