Whereas District Transport Officer, K.S.R.T.C.,
Kollam has deposited with this court a sum of
` 7,61,525 (Rupees Seven Lakhs Sixty One Thousand Five
Hundred and Twentyfive only) as Compensation to
be distributed to the dependents of the deceased
Sri Vineshkumar, who met with a fatal accident while
employed under Kerala State Transport Corporation and
whereas it is reported that
1. Smt. Dhanuja, Moodel Thekkathil, Pothappalli North,
Kumarapuram P. O., Harippad—(Wife)
2. Kumari Iswarya Vinesh
do.
(Minor Daughter)
3. Sri Viswanathan Pillai, S. do.
(Father)
4. Smt. Kamalamma, A.
do.
(Mother)
are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1)
(d) of the Employee’s Compensation Act. Any others who
claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within
15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala
Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me
and prove the same. If no such claims are received within
the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation
will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims
preferred thereafter will not be considered.
