NOTIFICATION

In the matter assumption of direct management of the Waqf named B.P. Angadi Yahoom Thangal Jaram,

B.P. Angadi P. O., Malappuram District (Waqf Registration No. 5800/RA).

Whereas a decision was taken by the Kerala State Waqf Board in its meeting held on 1-12-2015 to take over

the administration of B.P. Angadi Yahoom Thangal Jaram as provided under Section 65 of the Waqf Act, 1995 for a

period not exceeding one year from 4-1-2016 as filling up of the vacancy in the Committee and adjudication of the

dispute in the administration of the Waqf at this stage is prejudical to the interest of the Waqf.

Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 65 (1) of the Waqf Act, 1995, the Kerala State

Waqf Board hereby notifies that it has resolved to assume direct management of the said Waqf with effect from 4-1-

2016 for a period of one year.
