Appointment of Liquidator—Reauthorization—

Orders issued.

Read:—This office U. O. Note No. CS.9/8548/2012

dated 17-2-2016.

Vide U. O. Note cited above, it has been informed to

wind up the affairs of M/s. Pulinkudi Chowara

HWCS Ltd. No. 3415, Kottukal. A Liquidator has to be

appointed for the purpose. Hence the order.

ORDER

In the circumstances stated above, I , in exercise of

powers conferred on me under Section 71 (2) of the KCS

Act 1969 do hereby Order the winding up of the affairs

of M/s. Pulinkudi Chowara HWCS Ltd. No. 3415, Kottukal

and authorise Sri Vasanthasenan, Senior Co-operative

Inspector (Handloom), Venganoor Circle as Liquidator. He

will take charge of the assets and records of the society

immediately and report the date of taking charge of the

society and periodical report on the process of the work

will be forwarded promptly.
