Whereas the National Insurance Company Limited,

has deposited with this Court an sum of ` 5,29,717

(Rupees Five Lakhs Twenty Nine Thousand Seven

Hundred and Seventeen only) as Compensation for

distribution to the dependents of the deceased Sukumaran,

Chalapron House, P. O. Kadirur, Kannur who met with an

accident in the course of work while he was working as a

cleaner in the Lorry bearing Registration No. KL 58/2889 at

Ernakulam on 16-12-2009 and he died on 17-12-2009 at

Ernakulam Medical Trust Hospital whereas it is reported

that (1) Smt. Chandri, K. C. (Wife), Chalapron House,

P. O. Kadirur, Kannur is his only dependent as defined

under Section 2(1) (d) of the Employees’ Compensation

Act 1923. Any other claiming to be such dependent

should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in

the Kerala Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me

and from the same. If no such claims are received within

the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will

be disbursed to the person mentioned above and claim

preferred there after will not to be considered
