ORDER

In partial modification of the order of the Chairman

already issued as No. 138/2011/KAT dated 6-12-2011

[SRO No. 819/2011] and in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 5 (6) of the Administrative Tribunals

Act, 1985 r/w Rule 18 (c) of Kerala Administrative

Tribunals Rules of Practice, 2011 the schedule of

SRO 819/2011 is hereby amended and following three

more classes of cases are included for exercising the

jurisdiction, powers and authority of the Tribunal by

Bench consisting of a Single Member, subject to the

procedure enumerated in SRO 819/2011.
