the Companies Act, 1956 that the members of KIMS

Anayara P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala-695 029 at their

Extraordinary General Meeting held on 1st April, 2016

have resolved in terms of Section 484(1) (b) of the

Companies Act, 1956 to wind-up the company

voluntarily and appointed Mr. S. M. Ameerul Millath

and Mr. V. K. G. Nair Company Consultants, Rehma

Towers, Thrikkakara P. O., Kochi-682 024 as the liquidators

of the company.
