Lakhs and Ten Thousand only) the immovable property
specified below at the sale held in public auction on the
day of 6-1-2016 for recovery of KSHB arrears amounting
to ` 8,40,000 + interest for the period due from
Shri Sreekumaran Nair & O. S. Indu residing in
Vazhavilakathu Veedu, Koliyacode, Nemom Village,

Thiruvananthapuram Taluk, Thiruvananthapuram District
and whereas the Revenue Divisional Officer,
Thiruvananthapuram has confirmed the sale in his order
No. A-4484 dated 7-7-2016 Under Section 54 of the Kerala
Revenue Recovery Act, 1968, it is hereby declared under
sub-section (1) of section 57 of the said Act that the said
Shri A. G. Firoz Khan Noon s/o Abdul Gafoor, House
No. 91, Burma Road, Medical College P. O. is the lawful
successor to all the rights of the former land holder in
the said immovable property.
