Corrigendum

No. B3/Port and Dock Regulations/2014.

1st July 2016.

The following corrigendum is issued on “The Cochin

Port and Dock Regulations 2014” to the Notification

No. B3/Port and Dock Regulations/2014 dated 31st March,

2015 published on 7th July, 2015 and 14th July, 2015 and

corrigendum thereon on 23rd February, 2016 in the Kerala

Gazette.

In the first paragraph of the Cochin Port and Dock

Regulations 2014 the words “In supersession of the

Notification No. B-2191/75 dated 1-2-1975” shall be

substituted as “In supersession of the Notifications

No. B/5814/64 dated 28th August 1967, No. B-2191/75

dated 1st February, 1975 and No. B/1872/69 dated

29-7-1976”.
