DECLARATION OF LAWFULL SUCCESSION OF

PURCHASE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

No. D2/2681/2000.

2nd December 2016.

Whereas Shri P. Thankappan, s/o Ponnu Nadar

Residing in Uchathivila Veedu, Maryapuram, Chenkal

Village, Neyyattinkara Taluk, Thiruvananthapuram District

has purchased for ` 72,000 ( Rupees Seventy two

Thousand only) the immovable property specified below

at the sale held in public auction on the 17th day of

September 2014 for the recovery of Abkari arrears

amounting to ` 16,33,104 + interest for the period from

1999-2000 due from Sri P. Mohanan residing in Meenakshi

Bhavan, Plamoottukada in Chenkal Village, Neyyattinkara

Taluk, Thiruvananthapuram District and whereas the

Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruvananthapuram has

confirmed the sale in his Order No. A/18427/16, dated

21-11-2016 under Section 54 of the Kerala Revenue Act

1968, it is hereby declared under sub-section (1)

of Section 57 of the said Act that the said

Shri P. Thankappan s/o Ponnu Nadar is lawful successor

to all the rights of the former land holder in the said

immovable property.
