NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DRAFT MASTER PLAN FOR ALAPPUZHA

TOWN UNDER SECTION 36 (4) OF THE KERALA TOWN AND

COUNTRY PLANNING ACT—2016 (ACT NO. 9 OF 2016)

It is hereby notified that the Draft Master Plan for

Alappuzha Town prepared by the Municipal Council of

Alappuzha in respect of the Local Planning Area

consisting of the whole area of Alappuzha Municipality

with boundaries as described hereunder:

North:—Aryad Grama Panchayat.

East:—Kainakari Grama Panchayat.

South:—Punnapra North Grama Panchayat.

West:—Lakshadweep Sea.

Council of Alappuzha, as per section 36 (4) of The Kerala

Town And Country Planning Act—2016 (Act No. 9

of 2016).

A copy of the Draft Master Plan is also kept for

inspection by the public during office hours at the office

of the Municipal Council of Alappuzha.

Any person interested in the Plan may communicate

in writing to the Secretary, Alappuzha Municipality, any

objection or suggestion relating thereto within sixty days

from the date of the publication of the notice in the

Official Gazette.
