NOTICE CONVENING FINAL MEETTING

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 497

of the Companies Act, 1956 that a General Meeting of the

members of the above named company will be held at the

office of the Liquidators at Rehma Towers, Thrikkakara P. O.,

Kochi-682 021 on the 6th day of February 2017 at 11 a.m.

for the purpose of having an account laid before them

showing the manner in which the winding-up has been

conducted and the property of the Company disposed of

and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the

Liquidators and also for determining by a special

resolution of the Company, the manner in which the books,

accounts and documents of the Company and of the

Liquidators shall be disposed of.
