must be delivered at the District Veterinary Centre,

Thrissur. The equipments should have a warranty period

of minimum three years and reagents and chemicals

supplied along with the equipment should have a

minimum expiry of 1 year. It should come with all

standard fittings and spare accessories. The supply

should be completed within 4-8 weeks from the date of

placing supply order.

The rates should be for destination freight prepaid

in full inclusive of all taxes and duties prevailing at the

ruling rate. The undersigned reserves the right to accept

or reject the tenders without assigning any reason. The

lowest tender shall be accepted subject to the approval of

the Technical Advisory Committee. All other information

can be had from the office of the undersigned on all

Specifications

1. The system must be capable of doing

quantitation of Nucleic acids (RNA, Single

stranded and double stranded DNA) and Protein

from template prepared from EDTA blood, tissues

and also from culture of bacteria.

System should provide a user-friendly, bench top

design for simple, fast, and highly accurate

quantitation of DNA, RNA, and protein in less

than 5 seconds per sample (with sample

incubation times of 2 minutes for DNA and RNA,

and 15 minutes for proteins).

System should use assays that contain advanced

dyes that only fluoresce when bound to DNA,

RNA, or protein. The technology should only

report the concentration of the molecule of

interest, not contaminants.

System should use disposable assay tubes that

eliminate washing steps and cross contamination

between samples.

System has ability to produce comprehensive

data with graphic reports and a CSV (comma

separated value) file for sample comparisons.

The system should come along with all

supported reagents and chemicals, disposable

assay tubes and all other accessories necessary

to perform quantification of minimum 500-700

samples of DNA, 100 samples of RNA and 100

samples of protein.

The system (Equipment-Fluorometer) should have

a warranty of three years and all reagents and

chemicals should have an expiry of minimum

1 year.

Technical support must be provided through out

during the warranty period.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the

“Supply of Medical Equipments to various departments of

Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram” for the

year 2016-17.

Estimate Cost—` 4,50,000.

Tenders should be superscribed “Supply of

Equipments for the Departments of Govt. Ayurveda

College, Thiruvananthapuram” addressed to the Principal,

Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The

last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p. m. on

20-2-2017. The late tenders will not be accepted. The

tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 20-2-2017 in the

presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized

representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to

obtain tender forms on which tenders should be

submitted. Application for the tender forms should be

accompanied by cash remittance of ` 1,418 (Cost of

tender form ` 1,350 + VAT ` 68) which is the price fixed

for a form and which is not refundable under any

circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of

tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m. on 18-2-2017.

Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram together with an

agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200. The rate

quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till one year from

the date of acceptance. The Principal, Ayurveda College,

Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/cancel

the tender. If Government have declared 20-2-2017 as a

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply

of Chemicals, Lab equipments for ` 1,50,000 to the

Chemistry Department for the development of Lab/

Library of this College during the year 2016-17 to

BJM Govt. College, Chavara.

The tender forms, list of Chemicals, Lab equipments

and other details of items to be supplied can be had from

the college offfice on payment of ` 400 for original and

` 200 for duplicate. 4% VAT and 1% cess also may be

remitted additionally. Those who wish to get tender

forms by registered post, should forward a self addressed

envelope 30 × 15cm in size and stamped for ` 55 along

with the request and cost of tender forms by money order

(no other mode of payment is acceptable). The cost of

tender form is not refundable in any circumstances and

the tender forms are not transferable.

All the tenderer’s should execute an agreement in

Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 (vide Page No. 6 of the

tender form). The Earnest Money Deposit required is

` 1,500 and should be remitted by Demand Draft or fixed

deposit.

The cover containing tenders should be superscribed

as “Tender for the supply of Chemicals, lab equipments

2016-17” and should be addressed to the Principal,

The sale of tender will be closed at 2 p.m. on 17-2-2017.

Every tenders should be completely filled, signed and accompanied by Demand Draft of ` 1,500 to be quoted to

EMD. EMD carries no interest. The period of firmness of rate quoted will be up to 31-3-2017. The rate, VAT should be

quoted separately for each item. The successfull tenderers should supply the equipment within one month after the

receipt of the supply order at their own expenses. The firms who are exempted from furnishing EMD should attach true

copy of the exemption order along with the tender documents. Every tenderer should execute an agreement in Kerala

Stamp Paper worth ` 200 along with the tender.

The undersigned will herewith the right to cancel or extend the tender formalities without any further notice. The

cash transactions in the office are at 10 a. m. to 2 p. m. on all working days.

The tender should be superscribed as “Supply of Lab equipments to Physics Lab under Starting of New

Courses 2016-17 (Plan)” and addressed to the Principal, P. T. M. Govt. College, Perinthalmanna, Pathaikkara Post,

Malappuram Dist., Kerala, India, Pin-679 322. The last date and time of receipt of filled tender is on 17-2-2016 at 3.30 p.m.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply and installation of CCTV and ID Card Attendance Reader to General

Library of this college for an amount of ` 1,80,000 under “Accreditation of Colleges with NAAC (Plan)" during 2016-17.

The tenders should be superscribed as " Supply and installation of CCTV and ID Card Attendance Reader to

General Library under Accreditation of Colleges with NAAC 2016-17 (Plan)" and addressed to the Principal, P. T. M.

Govt. College, Perinthalmanna, Pathaikkara Post, Malappuram District, Kerala, India, Pin-679 322. The Last date and time

of receipt of filled tender is on 25-2-2017 at 2.30 p. m. and will be opened on the same day at 3 p.m. Sale of tender forms

will be closed on the same day at 2 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Intending tenderers may, on application to the Principal, P. T. M. Govt. College, Perinthalmanna, Pathaikkara Post,

Malappuram District, Kerala, India, Pin-679 322 to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted.

Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance at ` 400 towards cost of tender form plus

` 20 towards VAT (400+20= 420), which is the prize fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any

circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Cheques, Postal Orders, Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards

the cost of tender form nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. Those who are required tender forms by Registered Post,

should sent ` 452 by Money Order including cost of tender form and Registered Postal Charges.

Every tenders should be completely filled, signed and accompanied by a Demand Draft of 1% of total cost or

` 1,500 (whichever is higher rate) to be quoted to EMD. EMD carries no interest. The period of firmness of rate quoted

will be upto 31-3-2017. The rate, VAT should be quoted separately for each item. The successful tenderers should supply

the equipment within one month after the receipt of the supply order at their own expenses. The firms who are exempted

from furnishing EMD should attach true copy of the exemption order along with tender documents. Every tenderer should

execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 along with the tender.

The undersigned will have the right to cancel or extend the tender formalities without any further notice. The cash

transactions in the office are at 10 a. m. to 2 p. m. on all working days.
