New International Terminal (T-3)-Area Notified for
Import and Export:—in exercise of the powers conferred
on me under Section 8(a) of the Customs Act, 1962,
I, Dr. K. N. Raghavan, Commissioner of Customs, Cochin,
hereby notify the area of Cochin International Airport Ltd.,
detailed in Schedule below including the Airport Apron of
the runway adjacent to this area to be the place for
landing of imported goods and the loading of export
goods or any class of such goods, including mail and
passenger baggage, subject to the observance of relevant
provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and other
instructions issued by the Government of India from time to
time. This is in addition to the area already notified vide
Notification Nos. 3/99 dated 27-7-1999, 3/2005 dated
9-9-2005, 8/2008 dated 28-10-2008 and 8/2011 dated
9-11-2011.
