Global e-Tenders (Re-tender) are invited in a two bid system from manufacturers/their authorized agencies for the
supply of following equipment with respective specifications, required at the Genomic lab of KLD Board at
Kudappanakkunnu, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
The tender has to be submitted as e-tender through https://etenders.kerala.gov.in. Only those bidders who have
enrolled in the above portal with their own Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) can participate in the tender. The e-tender
document and other details can also be obtained from the above portal.

Period of validity of offer—120 days from the date of opening of financial bid online.
The amount of EMD and cost of tender form has to be remitted by a single payment through online link in the
website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. through SBT payment gateway or SBT NEFT transfer (please see the instructions to
bidders and for further details log on to www.etenders.kerala.gov.in).

The Tender has two parts:

Technical bid (scanned copies of Certificates for being the Manufacturers of the equipment
(in own letter head)/being the Authorized Dealers of the equipment, issued by the Manufacturers
(in the case of Authorized Dealers), technical specifications of the product being offered,
brochures of the product being offered, preliminary agreement in the prescribed format in a Kerala
Stamp Paper worth ` 200. Tender document duly signed and sealed etc. have to be submitted
online through the e-tender portal. The original copies of the documents are to be submitted in the
given address separately.)
