DECLARATION OF LAWFUL SUCCESSION OF
PURCHASE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

Whereas Sri. Ashokan, s/o Chathu residing in
Vadakkey Parambath House of Valayam Village, Vadakara
Taluk, Kozhikode District has purchased for ` 6,21,863
(Rupees Six lakh Twenty one thousand Eight hundred
and Sixty three only) the immovable property specified
below at the sale held in public auction on the 12th day
of February 2014 for the recovery sale tax arrears
amounting to ` 10,66,972 for the period 2005-2006 due
from Sri. F.H. Naseer Ahammad residing in Garden Homes
of Vadakara Village of Vadakara Taluk, Kozhikode District
and whereas the Sub Collector, Kozhikode has confirmed
the sale in his Order No. D 14764 (1), dated 21-11-2016
under Section 54 of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act
1968, it is hereby declared under Sub-Section (1) of
Section 57 of the said Act that the said Sri. Ashokan is
the lawful successor to all the rights of the former land
holder in the said immovable property.

It is hereby publicly noticed for general information
that Sri. Ashokan s/o Chathu, Neelandummal,
Vattekkeparambath, P.O. Chuzhali has purchased on 12th
day of February 2014 at a public auction 24.15 cents of
Land in RS No. 90/3 of Velliyode Desom, Vanimmel Village,
in Vadakara Taluk in Kozhikode District sold for arrears of
