Services Authority.

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the Notification and is intended to indicate its general purport.)

Regulation 47[1][a] deals with the honorarium payable to the school teachers and resource persons who are taking

classes on legal literacy organised by the legal services institutions in the State. The honorarium being paid has become

inadequate considering the volume of work involved and the current money value. Hence this amendment. This

Notification is intended to amend the existing Regulation 47[1][a] as resolved in the 58th meeting of the Kerala State Legal

Services Authority on 17-8-2017.
