Identification Authority of India, also known as

Kannur Municipality, Aadhaar No. 9869 7563 4785 issued

by the Unique Identification Authority of India, also

known as Fathimathul Naja, in the Ration Card

No. 2366156645 (Sl.No.3), dated 15-3-2017, issued by

the Taluk Supply Officer, Kannur, is one and the same

person. Hereafter I have changed her name as

shares of Kitex Garments Limited in to the name of 5th

petitioner.
