may be collected taking into account the
bed of backwaters in addition to license fees.
(e) Late payment of license fees will be ` 20 for

Notice of Publication of Draft Master Plan under
Section 36(4) of the Kerala Town and Country
Planning Act—2016 (Act No. 9 of 2016)
It is hereby notified that the Draft Master Plan
prepared by the Municipal Council of Vadakara
Municipality in respect of the Local Planning Area with
boundaries as described hereunder:
Whole area covered under Vadakara Municipality,

: Chorode Grama Panchayath
East
: Villiappalli Grama Panchayath

: Maniyur Grama Panchayath and
Payyoli Grama Panchayath

has
been
published
in
the
official
website
http://www.vadakaramunicipality.in of the Municipal
Council of Vadakara Municipality as per section 36(4) of
the Kerala Town and Country Planning Act 2016
(Act No. 9 of 2016).
A copy of the Draft Master Plan is also kept for
inspection by the public during office hours at the office
of the Municipal Council of Vadakara Municipality.
Any person interested in the Plan may communicate
in writing to the Secretary, Municipal Council of Vadakara
Municipality any objection or suggestion relating thereto
within sixty days from the date of the publication of the
Notice in the Official Gazette.
