superscribed “Nomination for Election of members of

Senate (other than students)/Governing Council to the

Students’ Council by the Senate & Governing Council

of KUHS”.

Programme for conduct of election

Last date and time for receipt of nominations is at

3 p. m. on 9-11-2017. Time and date of Scrutiny of

nomination is at 11 a. m. on 10-11-2017. Date of

publication of the list of candidates validly nominated is

10-11-2017. Last date and hour for withdrawal of

candidature is at 4 p. m. on 15-11-2017. Date of

publication of the final list of contesting candidates is on

15-11-2017. Date, hour and venue of poll by the Senate is

on 29-11-2017 from 10.30 a. m. to 11.30 a. m. at

KUHS Head Quarters, Mulankunnathukavu, Thrissur and

by the Governing Council is on 20-11-2017 from 10 a. m.

to 10.30 a. m. at Govt. Guest House, Thycaud,

Thiruvananthapuram. Date and hour for scrutiny and

counting of votes is immediately after the poll and

declaration of results is at the end of the counting on

29-11-2017 and 20-11-2017 respectively.
