and Installation of Equipments for DT Lab & Drug

Standardization Unit, Govt Ayurveda College,

Thiruvananthapuram’’ for the year 2017-18.

Estimated Cost of Items—` 4,00,000.

The envelopes containing the tender should bear

the superscription “Supply and Installation of Equipments

for DT Lab & Drug Standardization Unit, Govt. Ayurveda

College, Thiruvananthapuram” addressed to the Principal,

Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram.

The last date of receipt of tenders will be at 4 p. m.

on 29-11-2017. The late tenders will not be accepted. The

tenders will be opened at 4.30 p. m. on 29-11-2017 in the

presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized

representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to

obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should

be submitted. Application for the tender forms should be

accompanied by cash remittance of ` 1,344 (Cost of

tender form ` 1200 + VAT/GST ` 144) which is the price

fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any

circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of

tender forms will be closed at 4 p. m. on 28-11-2017.

Cheques, Postage Stamp etc. will not be accepted towards

the cost of forms. Those who wish to purchase tender

forms by post shall send an additional amount of ` 50 by

money order to cover postal charges. Duplicate tender

forms if required will be issued at ` 672.

Intending tenderers should submit an amount of 1%

( ` 4,000) of the quoted amount as Earnest Money

Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal,

Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram

together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth

` 200. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till

one year from the date of acceptance. The Principal,

Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram will have powers

to postpone/cancel the tender. If Government declares

29-11-2017 as a public holiday, the tender will be opened at

Sealed tenders are invited for the Supply and

Installation of CCTV Camera for Library, UGC Hall,

Principal Room etc. in Govt. College of Teacher Education,

Thiruvanänthapuram under Plan Fund Scheme 2017-18.

Face Value—` 3,00,000 (Inclusive of all Taxes).

The envelopes containing the tenders should be

superscribed as ‘Tender for Installing CCTV Camera’ and

addressed to The Principal, Govt. College of Teacher

Education, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach in this

College on or before 2 p. m. on 6-12-2017. Late tenders

will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m.

on 6-12-2017 in the presence of the tenderers or their

authorized representatives who may be present at

that time.

Tender forms can be had from the College Office

from 10 a. m. to 1 p. m. on the working days till 6-11-2017.

The cost of the tender form is ` 672 including GST. The

cost of duplicate tender form will be ` 336 which is price

fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under

any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferrable.

Along with tender, EMD @ 1% of the amount

tendered, subject to a minimum of ` 1,500 should also be

submitted in the form of Demand Draft. Tenders without

sufficient EMD are liable to be rejected. The firm who are

exempted from furnishing EMD should be enclosed the

attested copy of exemption order. Every tender should be

accompanied by an agreement in the Kerala Stamp Paper

worth ` 200.

The Price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes

and duties. Otherwise rate of taxes charged upon each

item should be quoted against the prices of each item.

The successful tenderers should sign an agreement

in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 and deposit 5% value

of the contract as Security Deposit.

The articles should be supplied in the College Office

at the cost of the firm itself. The payment will be effected

only after the receipt of the articles in good condition and

satisfying the quality.

If the last date of receipt of the tender or the

opening date of the tender is declared as holiday then

the same will be postponed to the next working days.

The Principal reserves the right to reject all or any

of the tenders without assigning any reason.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab

Equipments & Chemicals to this college for total cost of

` 3,00,000 (Rupees Three Lakh Only) of this College

under 2017-18 Plan Scheme. The envelope containing the

tender should be superscribed tender for the Supply of

“Lab equipments & Chemicals for Chemistry Lab under

Plan Scheme during 2017-18” and addressed to the

Principal, Government College, Munduparamba P. O.,

Malappuram District, Kerala, Pin-676 509. The last date of

receipt of tender is at 1 p.m. on 5-12-2017. Late tenders

will not be accepted at any account. The tenders will be

opened at 2.30 p.m. on the same day. The intending

tenderers may make an application to the Principal to

obtain the requisite tender form, in which tender should

be submitted. The original tender form duly filled only will

be accepted.

Application for the tender form should be

accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 672 (Rupees Six

Hundred and Seventy Two only) (including GST) Rate of

duplicate tender form is ` 336 (Rupees Three Hundred

and Thirty Six only), which is the price fixed for a tender

form and which is not refundable under any

circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale

of tender forms will be closed at 12 noon on 5-12-2017.

Cheques, drafts and postal orders will not be accepted

towards the cost of tender form and the tender form will

not be sent by V.P.P. Those who require tender form by

registered post should sent the cost of tender form ` 709

(Rupees Seven Hundred and Nine only) including postal

charges for registered post by money order. Every tender

should be accompanied by an agreement in the Kerala

Stamp Paper worth ` 200. Those firms outside Kerala want

to get tender form by post will be sent ` 200 as cost of

Kerala Stamp Paper along with the cost of tender form.

The articles should be supplied with in 30 days on

receipt of the purchase order in the Chemistry Lab of this

college at your expenses.

The period of firmness of rate quoted will be upto

31-3-2018. Rates, S.T. and condition of supply of

articles should clearly be stated separately in respect of

each of them.

The tenders should be accompanied by an EMD 1%

(one percent) of the quoted value in the form of Demand

Draft in favour of the Principal payable at SBI, Civil

Station Branch, Malappuram. The minimum EMD should

be Rs.1,500 (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred

only). Tenders without sufficient EMD are liable to be

rejected. EMD will not carry any interest. The firm who

are exempted from furnishing EMD should be enclosed

the attested copy of exemption order. More details can be

had from the college office during the working days.

The undersigned will have the right to cancel or

extend the tender at any time without further notice.

Note:—If there is any variation in the Tax occurred,

that will be applicable to those who collect the tender

prescribed form which can be had from the undersigned

Forests, Social Forestry Division, Pathanamthitta,

Eliyarakkal, Konni P. O., The tenders should be submitted

within the prescribed time as per schedule.

Forestry Division, Eliyarackal, Konni, Pathanamthitta.

If the date fixed for tender happens to be declared

as holiday, all proceedigns will be done on the next

working day with the same time schedule specified

above.

If the tender could not be conducted on 21-12-2017

due to any reasons, the tender will be received and

opened on 22-12-2017 at the same venue with the time

schedule specified above. There will not be any changes

in tender conditions.

CONDITIONS

1.

The supply of River sand and Red earth should

be completed before 5-2-2018 as per requirements.

2.

The receipt should be obtained from Range Officer,

Social Forestry Unit, Pathanamthitta/Ranni after the

completion of the supply of river sand and red earth

as per agreement.

3.

If the supply is not completed within the dates

specified in item No. 1 above, the tender will be

cancelled and action taken to purchase the items at

the risk and loss of the original bidder.

4.

The demand draft towards EMD should be pledged

in the name of the Assistant Conservator of

Forests, Social Forestry Division, Pathanamthitta

payable at State Bank of Travancore, Konni Branch

should be accompanied along with the filled up

tender forms.

5.

SSI units are exempted from remitting EMD. Such

units should produce necessary eligibility

certificates obtained from the Manager, District

Industries Centre concerned.

6.

The quantities mentioned in the Schedules I & II

are only approximate and may vary.

7.

Supply of River sand and Red earth the rate to

be quoted should be the cost per 1 M³ including

taxes if any, in force; and its transporting

charges.

8.

The successful tenderer should remit 2.5%

amount of the PAC in addition to the EMD as

security deposit for the contract, and enter in to an

agreement with the Forest Department within 7

days from the date of intimation regarding the

acceptance of the tender.

9.

After completing the supply of items satisfactorily,

the security deposit will be released to the tenderer

on production of necessary tax clearance certificate.

10.

The tenderer is liable to follow Kerala Store

Purchase Rules.

11.

All conditions stipulated as per Kerala Forest Code

and Kerala Store Purchase Manual is applicable

for this tender.

12.

The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the

tender without assigning any reason.
