and as Muhammed Abbas P in the Aadhaar Card No.

Authority of India, Government of India, and as

Card
No. ARKPM6622M issued from Income Tax Department,
Government of India, entered as P. Mohamed in the Birth
Certificate of my daughter Farsana [Registration
No. 172/90 date of Registration 30-5-1990, issued by
the Registrar of Births and Deaths, Kadalundi (Special
Grade) Panchayat], and entered as P. Mohammed in the
Birth Certificate of my son Faheem (Registration
No. 311/94 date of Registration 12-10-1994, issued by
the Sub Registrar of Births & Deaths, Kadalundi
Panchayat), is one and the same person. Hereafter I will
be known by the name Muhammed Abbas P only.
This change will come into effect in all records
related to me.

which is wrongly entered as Hindu-Nair in my S. S. L. C.
Book No. I 023976 with Register No. 196236 of
March 1996 is corrected as Hindu-Maniyani, vide
Certificate No. G2. 564/2018/K.Dis., dated 9-1-2018
issued by the Tahsildar, Ta1uk Office, Taliparamba.
This correction will come into effect in all records
related to me.

Council (2017) held on 29-11-2017.
It is hereby notified that the Executive Council of
the Kerala State Higher Education Council as per the
provisions under Section 17(c) of Kerala State Higher
Education Council (Amendment) Ordinance, 2017 has
nominated Dr. Rajan Varughese (Former, Pro-Vice
Chancellor, Mahatma Gandhi University), Ayrathu House,
Maradu P. O., Kochi-682 304 to the Academic Council
of Cochin University of Science and Technology.
The above member will hold the office with effect
from the date of this Notification and the tenure will be
subject to the provisions of Kerala State Higher
Education Council Act, 2007.
