Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply

of LCD Projectors and other accessories for ` 2,70,000

for the Development of B. J. M. Govt. College, Chavara

during the year 2017-18.

Estimated Amount—` 2,70,000.

EMD—` 2,700.

The tender forms, and other details of items to be

supplied can be had from the college office on payment of

` 600 for original and ` 300 for duplicate. 18% GST also

may be remitted additionally. Those who wish to get

tender forms by registered post, should forward a self

addressed envelope 30 × 15 cm. in size and stamped for

` 55 along with the request and cost of tender forms by

money order (no other mode of payment is acceptable).

The cost of tender form is not refundable in any

circumstances and the tender forms are not transferable.

All the tenderers should execute an agreement in

Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 (Vide Page No. 6 of the

tender form). The Earnest Money Deposit required is 1%

of the total cost of the materials tendered for and should

be remitted by Demand Draft or Fixed Deposit.

The sale of tender form will be closed at—

15-3-2018, 2 p. m.

The cover containing tenders should be

superscribed as “Tender for the supply of EDUSAT

Equipments—2017-18” and should be addressed to the

Principal, B. J. M. Govt. College, Chavara, Kollam,

Pin-691 583. The last date and time for receipt of tender

is at 3 p. m. on 15-3-2018 and will be opened at 4 p. m.

on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or

their authorized representatives. Late tenders will not be

accepted. The Principal reserves the right to reject any or

all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase of

Printers and Photocopiers for an amount not exceeding

` 3,00,000 under the scheme Infrastructure Grants to the

Universities and Colleges under Rashtriya Uchchatar

Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA).

The envelope containing the tender should be

superscribed “Tender for the purchase of Printers and

Photocopiers under the scheme Infrastructure Grants to the

Universities and Colleges under Rashtriya Uchchatar

Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA)” and addressed to the Principal,

Government College, Kottayam, Nattakom P. O., Kottayam-

686 013. Last date for the receipt of tender is 21-3-2018.

Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be

opened at 2 p. m. on 21-3-2018 in the presence of such

tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be

present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to

the Principal, Government College, Nattakom P. O.,

Kottayam obtain the requisite tender forms on which

tenders should be submitted. Application for tender form

should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 672

(including GST) which is the price fixed for a form and

which is not refundable under any circumstances. Demand

Draft for ` 672 on the local branch of S. B. I. drawn in

favour of the Principal, Government College, Kottayam and

self addressed stamped cover should be enclosed with the

application for tender forms to be sent by post. The

tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will

be closed at 1 p. m. on 21-3-2018. Cheques postage

Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of

tender forms nor will the forms be sent per VPP. Duplicate

tender forms, if required will be issued at `336 (inclusive of

Taxes) per copy.

The rate quoted should be valid upto 31-3-2018. The

articles should be supplied within 30 days on receipt of

the supply order, in concerned department at your expense.

Rate, tax and condition of supply of articles should clearly

be stated separately in respect of each of them. An

agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government

Stamp Paper worth ` 200 should be enclosed with the

tender.

The tender should be accompanied by an EMD of

1% (one percent) of the total cost of the articles tendered

for, either in cash or crossed bank draft, or TSB deposits

or Government pronote of Bank guarantee or NSL. Tenders

without sufficient EMD will be rejected. EMD will carry no

interest. Firms who are exempted from EMD should furnish

attested copy of exemption orders.

transaction hour in this office is 10 a. m. to 2 p. m.

possible quality also) Equipments for Heat Engine Lab of

Govt. Polytechnic College, Kannur.

The tenders should be superscried No. D1/1428/

2017(1) and addressed to the Principal, Government

Polytechnic College, Thottada P. O., Kannur-7. Last date

for receipt of tender is 21-3-2018, 3 p. m. and tenders will

be opened at 11 a. m. on 22-3-2018 in the presence of

such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives

who may be present at that time. Late tenders will not be

accepted.

Intending tenderers may, on application to the

Principal, Government Polytechnic College, Kannur, obtain

the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be

submitted. Application for the tender forms should be

accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 1,000 + 18% GST

and Postal charges which is the price fixed for a form/set

of forms which is not refundable under any circumstances.

The tender forms are not transferable.

Sale of tender form will be closed at 11 a. m. on

21-3-2018. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be

accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be

sent as per V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required will

be issued at ` 500 + GST 18% and Postal Charges
