Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may

concern that Sobhana, Mannareth House, Nagalassery,

P. O. Koottanad, Nagalassery Village, Pattambi Taluk,

Palakkad District, Kerala has filed an application before

this office for the issuance of a legal heirship certificate

in respect of her mother Saraswathi Amma, w/o late

Radhakrishnan, Mannareth House, Nagalassery Village,

Pattambi Taluk, Palakkad District, Kerala who died on

7-11-2017. Enquiry conducted through the Village Officer,

Nagalassery reveals that the undermentioned are the

legal heirs of the deceased.

It is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate in

favour of the above said members. Objections if any

against the issuance of the said certificate should filed in

person before the undersigned within 30 days from the

date of publication of this notice in the Kerala

Government Gazette. Those sent by post or filed after the

stipulated time will not be considered at any level.

Whereas, in exercise of powers conferred by the

proviso to clause(e) of Section 3 of the right to Fair

compensation and transparency in land acquisition,

rehabilitation and resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of

2013) Government of Kerala have notified and authorized

the District Collector as appropriate Government for

acquisition of land not exceeding 200 ares in a District for

public purpose as per G.O. (P) No. 376/2016/RD dated

29-6-2016 published SRO No. 468/16, in Kerala Gazette

dated 8-7-2016.

Whereas, it appears to the appropriate Government

and the District Collector, Malappuram that the land

specified in the schedule below is needed or likely to be

needed for a public purpose, to wit for “Land Acquisition

for the construction of Chelari-Chettipadi Railway Over

Bridge” in Malappuram District.

Whereas, in exercise of powers conferred by the

provision to Section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation

and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) the

appropriate Government and District Collector,

Malappuram have decided to conduct a Social Impact

Assessment in the area specified in the schedule below.

NOW, Therefore, sanction is accorded to unit Kerala

Voluntary Health Services, Mullankuzhi, Collectorate P. O.,

Kottayam-686 002 to conduct a Social Impact Assessment

Study and to prepare a Social Impact Management Plan

as provided in the Act. The process shall be completed

within a period of 2 months, not exceeding six months in

any case.

Educational Alternatives and Community Health (out

REACH) Service Society, Rajagiri P. O., Kalamassery-683
