mentioned three persons are the legal heirs of the

deceased. A Certificate is requested to produce for

transfering the property and for various other purposes.

Therefore the above mentioned three members are the

legal heirs for getting all the benefits in favour of the

deceased. Objections if any against the issue of the said

certificate should be filed in person before the Tahsildar,

Mavelikara within 30 days from the date of publication of

this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Objections

Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concern

that Anandan, G., Ananda Bhavan, Pallickal Kizhakkekara,

Thekkekkara Village, Mavelikara Taluk, Alappuzha District,

Kerala State has filed an application before this office for

the grant of a legal heirship certificate in respect of legal

heirs of Late Remadevi who died on 29-11-2011. Enquiry

conducted through the Village Officer, Thekkekkara reveals

that the undernoted members are the legal heirs of the

deceased.

sellling the house named as Qr. No. 9 Roorkala Bassanthy

Phase-2, transfering the ownership of house and property,

withdrawal of bank deposits and for various other

purposes. Sl. No. 4 filed consent statement relinquishing their

claim in favour of Sl. No. 1, 2, 3. Therefore Sl. No. 1, 2, 3

are the legal heirs for getting all the benefits in favour of

the deceased. Objections if any against the issue of the

said certificate should be filed in person before the

Tahsildar, Mavelikara within 30 days from the date of

publication of this notice in the Kerala Government

Gazette. Objections sent by post or filed after the

stipulated time will not be considered.
