such bidders or their authorised representatives who have

logged in at the prescribed time of opening of the bids.

If the date fixed for opening happens to be a holiday/

due to net failure tenders will be opened in the next

working day at the time.

The price of the e-tender form shall be received only

through online payment SBI/NEFT from other banks.

Depatrtment of Orthodontics, Government Dental College, Calicut. Tender forms can be had from the Office of the

Principal, Dental College, Kozhikode direct on payment of ` 1,500+GST and by registered post on payment of

` 1,550+GST by money order from 11 a. m. to 3 p. m. on all working days. Tender forms should be superscribed as

“Tender No. S2/2136/2019/DCC” and addressed to the Principal, Dental College, Kozhikode, Kerala-673 008. The last date

of receipt of tender is 4 p. m. on 21-8-2019. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on

22-8-2019 in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Tender forms

Restorative Treatment to Conservative Dentistry Department., Dental College, Calicut, Tender forms can be had from the

Office of the Principal, Dental College, Kozhikode direct on payment of ` 1,300+GST and by registered post on payment

of ` 1,350+GST by Money Order from 11 a. m. to 3 p. m. on all working days. Tender forms should be superscribed as

“Tender No. S2/2189/2019/DCC” and addressed to the Principal, Dental College, Kozhikode, Kerala-673 008. The last date

of receipt of tender is 4 p. m. on 21-8-2019. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on

22-8-2019 in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Tender forms

are not transferable under any circumstances. Sale of tender forms will be closed on 21-8-2019, at 3 p. m. Cheques,

Postage Stamps etc., will not be accepted towards cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent by VPP. Duplicate copy
