garaged in the compound of Ranni Flying Squad Range
Office under this division will be put up for e-auction on
17-9-2019. If the vehicle will be unsold or rejected, it will
be put up for e-auction again on 24-9-2019. Those who
have registered as bidders in MSTC can participate

and conditions in the Government Order G. O. (Ms.)
No. 212/15/Fin. dated 5-6-2015, selling agency agreement
signed by the Government of Kerala and MSTC Ltd. on
13-3-2018 in connection of disposal of all categories of
scrap including old vehicles and other relevant rules in
force at present. The undersigned reserves the right to
alter or to cancel the e-auction of the vehicle without
further notice. Only the registered bidders and registered
GST holders will be permitted to participate in the
e-auction. EMD amount of `- 5,000 can be remitted
through DD in this office by 5 p. m. on the previous day
of the e-auction. The bidder registration number has to
be mentioned while remitting the EMD. Only the
registered bidders who will submit the EMD will be
permitted to participate in the e-auction.
Conditions
1. The intending bidders should satisfy themselves
about the condition of the vehicle put up for
e-auction with the prior permission of the concerned
Range Forest Officers and no complaints will be
entertained after the e-auction.
2. If the RC Book of the vehicle is not available,
the bidder himself has to obtain the duplicate RC
Book at his own cost.
3. All the norms and conditions specified
in the Government Order vide G. O. (Ms.)
No. 212/15/Fin. dated 5-6-2015 and other relevant
prevailing rules at the time will be applicable to
this e-auction also.
4. All the conditions and Procedures of e-auction
concerned with the sale of condemned vehicles
issued by MSTC from time to time will be
applicable to this auction also.
5. If any modifications or changes in the conditions
of e-auction are intimated by the Additional
Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (F&BA),
Thiruvananthapuram, that will also be applicable
to this.e-auction and will be informed to the
bidder before e-auction. The undersigned reserves
the right to alter or cancel the e-auction without
further notice.

Kumili under Kottayam Division will be sold through e-Auction shown in the schedule, by the Divisional Forest Officer,
Kottayam or any officer authorized by him, subject to the conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 49, Vol. IV dated
15-12-2015 vide Notification No. Pro. (4) 26243/13, dated 21-11-2015 of the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of
Forests (P), Thiruvananthapuram and other conditions prevalent in the Forest Department.
e-Auction documents and connected records are available in the website: www.mstcecommerce.com. The Earnest
Money Deposit (EMD) should be submitted on e-payment/e-treasury/demand draft/MSTC through the internet online
Banking of SBI or through NEFT for other banks. For submission of e-auction visit the website: www.mstcecommerce.com.
All bids/e-Auction documents are to be submitted online only and in the designated online cover (s)/envelop (s) on the
www.mstcecommerce.com. website and e-auction documents submitted manually/through post will not be entertained.

Technical bid and financial bid shall be submitted in their respective designated online covers.
The Forest Department will not be responsible for any inconvenience or loss to the Bidder while uploading/
downloading the bid.
Intending persons may ensure the quantity and quality of materials put up for e-auction before the
commencement of the same and no complaints will be entertained after the e-auction. The bidders should
produce a certificate showing the permanent address and signature of the bidders duly attested by the concerned Village
Officer or any other approved identity documents along with the EMD through online. Those who do not produce any
approved Identity Card or certificate will not be eligible to participate in the e-auction.
In case any Government Department requires any of the materials put up for the e-auction the quantity remaining
after their selection only will be re-auctioned. The quantity that is ready for sale after the publication of this
notification will be included in the tender cum auction. Any further notification to the sale conditions that may be
issued by the Government after the issuance of this notification will also be applicable to this tender-cum
auction. The unsold materials in the e-auction will be placed along with the materials that may arrive in dumping depots
on subsequent dates will be sold on the next auction date shown in the schedule and separate
notification will not be published for the same.
