Whereas the Cholamandalam General Insurance
Company Limited has deposited with this Court an amount
of 13,49,124 (Thirteen Lakh Fortynine Thousand one
Hundred and Twentyfour only) towards compensation
payable to the dependents of the deceased Sanoop, P. K.
who met with fatal accident in the course of work while
he was working as a driver in a Autorikshaw bearing
Registration No. KL-18H-9221 on 11-6-2013. The Assistant
Labour Officer Vatakara has reported that (1) Kannan
(Father), (2) Syamala (Mother), Purakunnoth (House),
Kottapally, Vatakara, Kozhikode are his only dependents
as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees’
Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such
dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this
notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims
in writing before me and from the same. If no such claims
are received within the prescribed time the entire amount
of compensation will be disbursed to the persons
mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter will not
to be considered.

Whereas the New India Insurance Company Limited
has deposited with this Court an amount of 9,10,220
(Nine Lakh Ten Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty only)
towards compensation payable to the dependent of the
deceased Siji Thomas who met with fatal accident in the
course of work while he was working as a driver in a
Lorry bearing Registration No. KL-54C-8908 on 7-9-2015. The
Assistant Labour Officer Changanassery has reported that
Marikutty Thomas (Mother), Puthanparambil, Kottamuri P. O. is
his only dependent as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of
the Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming
to be such dependent should within 15 days of the
publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette
prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same.
If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the
entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the
persons mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter will
not to be considered.

Limited Feroke, Kozhikode has deposited with this Court an
amount of 8,79,800 (Eight Lakh Seventynine Thousand
and Eight Hundred only) towards compensation payable to
the dependents of the deceased Dileep, K., S/o Kumaran
who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he
was working under M/s. Rameez Engineering Company Pvt.
Limited Feroke, Kozhikode on 1-4-2017. The Assistant
Labour Officer Vadakkanchery has reported that
