Whereas the United India Insurance Company Limited
has deposited with this Court an amount of
` 5,60,488 (Five lakh sixty thousand four hundred and
eightyeight only) towards compensation payable to the
dependents of the deceased Raveendran who met with fatal
accident in the course of work while he was working as a
driver in a Autoriksha Bearing Registration No. KL56C
8992 on 26-6-2017. The Assistant Labour Officer, Koyilandy
has
reported
that

(2) Ambika, C. K. (Wife), (3) Akhila, A. K. (Daughter),
Areekkarakandy House, Unnikulam, Kozhikode are his only
dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the
Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923, any other claiming to
be such dependents should within 15 days of the
publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette
prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same.
If no such claims are received within the prescribed time
the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the
persons mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter
will not to be considered.
