LAWFUL SUCCESSION OF PURCHASES OF

IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

WHEREAS, Smt. Suchithra, S. w/o K. Jayakumar,

No. 14 A, SFS City Scapes, Cedar, PTP Nagar,

Thiruvananthapuram-38 of Sasthamangalam Village,

Thiruvananthapuram Taluk, has purchased for

` 1,33,00,000 (Rupees One crore thirty three lakhs only)

the immovable property specified below at a sale

held in public aution on 5-2-2019 for recovery of

arrears due in sales tax amounting ` 2,43,81,974

(Rupees Two crores forty three lakhs eighty one

thousand nine hundred and seventy four only)

for the period 2000-2001 to 2004-2005 due from

Sri K. P. Varghese, M/s. Welgate Impex, TC-19/6669,

Pattom Palace, Kowdiar, Pattom Village, Thiruvananthapuram

District and whereas the Sub collector has confirmed the

sale in this Order No. 810/2019/A dated 5-9-2019

under Section 54 of Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, 1968,

it is hereby declared under sub section (1) of Section 54

of Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, 1968, it is hereby

declared under sub section (1) of Section 57 of the said

act that the said Smt. Suchithra, S. is the lawful successor

to all right of the former land-holder in the said

immovable property.
